Hôtel Belle Fontainebleau  

The hotel is very close to Fontainebleau and the bus station. The hotel staff is very friendly.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating and the location is extremely convenient to all of Fontainebleau's attractions.

Wifi can be a little unreliable though plenty fast when it's working. The beds are a little thin and were uncomfortable for me.

The massive tv & the service

The location of the hotel is excellent, your are on walking distance of everywhere in downtown and the castle. The sheets are clean and the shower is fair for the price!

The room was so small that it even had a wardrobe. If you are traveling with huge luggage this is going to be a problem for you.

It is a nice place, typical french, run by a friendliy and open-minded Chinese lady;

the room although it is small but clean. parking lot is near.

The internet connection didn't work for 12 hours, the rooms were VERY basic and a bit cold (the TV is TINY, the bathroom didn't have any hooks to hang our clothes, no hair dryer or iron in the room) there was no lift, or assistance to carry suitcases up the 3 flights of stairs.

Price. Location. The woman at administration desk.

Small rooms. Poor conditions. Cold. The mister at administration desk (mostly at night shifts) was deliberately unhelpful and impolite. For example, he refused to give an additional blanket, responsing that he didn't have it (though he had). Pretended that he didn't understand any word in English.

It is very near to the fontainbleau, and the lady is Chinese, and she is quite friendly to us. The room is small but cosy and we can see the view from the balcony.

Wifi is sometimes not good.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. I will definitely stay there if next time I go to Fontainebleau.

I like its location

Only a boy was available at the reception who does not know English which resulted difficulties to me. Sometime later his father turned up to no good. He was unable to call a taxi while checking out. We had to rush to Board a bus.

A young child booking us in no adult about Night porter was a miserable rude man who refused my 80 year old grandmother a cup so that she could make herself a cup of tea in her room - she took her own kettle on the trip with her. Rooms were tiny only a desk and bed and one plug point. No wardrobe in one of the rooms Walls so thin you could here conversations in next room Doors banging day and night Breakfast area was next to reception desk No social area where we could sit as a family and have a coffee and relax Rooms looked nothing like pictures on website. It felt so small in rooms - we booked 3 doubles and 1 single so plenty to compare! Only seen a lady once the rest of the time her two children were at the desk!

The stay was very comfortable. It was a nice peaceful place with very friendly staff.

Nobody understands English, Wi-Fi did not work. Again dirty trick with breakfast - it was not included - bad hotel description

Excellent location very close to the Chateau and restaurants

When we arrived we were given rooms on the top floor accessed only by winding staircase. Not recommended for older individuals such as myself. No towels in the room. On enquiring with reception we were told they were available from reception so we traipsed down to see the young girl on reception who pointed to a table with a young lad sitting there doing nothing and took them upstairs ourselves.We were not looking forward to breakfast but in fairness this was ok and the receptionist for this day was much better.

Terrible...

This budget hotel is a perfect stop in a lovely village near Paris. The staff are friendly and you can eat close by. Our room was small but ok and bathroom ok and good shower. It's not the Hilton but ok for € 65 and if you don't unpack it's fine. One or two nights ok. Free wifi is good. Cheapest in town. No complaints for budget .

For the price no complaints at all.

I Will Choose This hotel when I come back In 2013. Very friendly staff. Nice area.
