The hotel is in a great location in the Vieux Port and I think all rooms have a view over the port to the Notre Dame de la Garde. Older people might find the lack of a lift a problem. |

The view is excellent, the staff very helpful, good breakfasts, and the rooms were comfortable except that there is no elevator and this was a major problem in getting our luggage to the fourth floor. lack of elevator |

We were attarcted by the location (at the port) and the view, which resulted the only things we liked in the hotel (even the view was not breathtaking though). Very poor quality of the room. Even though it was not cheap (89 Eur) and it was not ready and made up for us two hours after the check-in time - we had to wait with the bags in front. The room was so small (almost the whole occupied by a bed only) that we had no where to put our suitcases, so we had to move the useless little wooden table to the bathroom in order to free some space. There was nothing else in the room (nor a place where to put it!) - no mirror, no wardrope...nothing... The bathroom was as small as the room, the shower cabin so narrow, and the water hardly run out in the canal, so your feet are under water upto the ankles while showering. The room was on the fifth floor but there was not an elevator nor a person from the staff to offer help with the luggage, so my husband had to carry the enormous and heavy suitcases himself! The connection to the internet often dropped (once because the maid switched the router off because she swithched on her vacuum cleaner on its place). It took quite a time to discover this... |

Location, nice view, beautiful interior of the room, big bathroom, free city map, hairdrier. The front door of the hotel was hard to find (the restaurant sign is blocking the hotel sign), air conditioner did not work (but it was not too hot, so it was fine). |

Good Service. very nice view out of the window of my room !! the service on breakfirst was pretty poor! For Example: Orange Juice was served only after asking for it. |

The hotel is superbly situated with clean, comfortable and characterful rooms and very friendly staff. The views are the best in the city (overlooking the basilica and south east-facing, so brilliant morning sun), the decor and furnishings are as you would expect from a well-run family hotel - simple but without the clinical anonymity of the big chains. |

The staff is friendly and responsive. The hotel has a great little bar that is popular in the evening, serves interesting appetizers, and overlooks the old port. Can't beat the location. The rooms are small, even twin bed rooms. But comfortable nonetheless. |

ideal location over looking marina on the sunny side of vieux port and beside metro, resturants bars etc. price of drink in bar 50% more than most places but worth having one on the balcony for atmosphere and view |

The location is the best in town. And I thought it was really good value for money. Not luxurious of course since the price is so low, but we had nothing to complain about. The only thing was the wifi, it was not strong enough to use in our room. I had to sit in the hall to use it. The rooms are quite small but I knew that already and that is okay. It is more important that the rooms are clean, which they were. |

The panoramic view from the balcony on the first floor is unique. It is a simple hotel but donates value for money. The free internet (wifi) is a plus as well. The breakfast area is authentic and the quality/quantity of the breakfast is a lot more than you may expect from a french breakfast in this scenery. |

It's not a luxury hotel, so one should not expect super quality, but its location is fantastic (metro and boats stops are a few steps away) and the view is breath-taking. The hotel is fairly basic, but has everything for a pleasant stay - the rooms are small, but clean and so are the bathroom. Good sound isolation. Generally - very cute old-style building (therefore no elevator). Nice stay. We had to ask to change our towels (the cleaning lady had not done that), but other than that - no problem. |

My stay at Belevue was very well. Althought I arrived early, before check in time, they prepared my room before. It's in one of the best position in Marseille, in front of the port, next to the beautiful quarter of "Le Panier", no noise inside the room, air conditionig but not necessary, good cleaness, cortesy of the staff. Stairs without elevator is not a real problem as I read before. |

The hotel was in an excellent location, right by the harbour Rooms on small side but thats the norm in marseille and the veiw made up for it, also decent bathroom . Hotel double booked our room on first night so we ended up in a room the size of a cupboard on the 5th floor in the attic. a long climb up a staircase that got narrower each floor. Breakfast was extra but most days there was nothing left by the time we went down. Only one member of staff could speak an understandable amount of english. Aircon worked in the cupboard room but not in our proper room |

Located in the famous district of the Old Port on La Canebière, in central Marseille, this hotel was entirely renovated in 2009. The rooms feature queen-size beds and flat-screen TVs. |
The fully-renovated hotel enjoys a privileged location in the city centre, in front of the Vieux-Port (Old Port). It features spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, with modern amenities. |
Superbly located in the city centre, between Fort Saint-Nicolas and Théâtre de la Criée, the hotel offers highly comfortable accommodation and contemporary design. |
Overlooking the old port in the city centre, this hotel is close to some of the most popular attractions in Marseille. It offers modern rooms with a flat-screen TV. |
