The hotell was located nearby the old town centre. Parking fascilities were excellent. The atmosphere was pleasent. The beds were comfortable and clean. The airconditioning was working well. |

This is the 2nd time staying here and was as good as the 1st time with attentive staff and car parking which is a real bonus and with it being so close to town the car was not used at all! |

The location (city centre) was very good and the hotel itself was very charming (but old and in need of maintenance/modernising). The beds were too soft (too old?). |

The hotel is ideally situated on within a short walk to the beautiful town of Beaune with all of its restaurants, bars, shops and tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful with directions and helping with the language. The general decor is very good and the hotel has lots of character. Although I have made some critical comments I would stay there again due to its great location. The room was very small. The hotel looked like it had been renovated and the decor was very good but the bedroom carpet was stained. As the hotel is in the town there is a lot of traffic noise if the window is open so the air conditioning is a must but the A/C is only on at certain times. The hotel was comparatively expensive with the car parking and breakfast extras. The breakfast was minimal for the cost. There was a bar but it was never open. |

We have known the Hotel Belle Epoque for many years and always enjoy returning to its welcoming environment. Many renovations over the years have made this an increasingly pleasant and comfortable hotel to use. We will continue to make it out stopover point en route to southern France. |

A wonderful atmosphere, huge room, very clean and staff extremely helpful and courteous. Close to the centre of Beaune, which is a lovely town to stay in while exploring Burgundy. |

We have visited this hotel several times and chose it originally because of its location and the fact that we can park our car safely off the street. We return to it because the rates are reasonable, and the staff are unfailingly courteous. The rooms are unadorned, but always clean and the bathrooms are pristine. Our room faced onto a busy street. There was drunken shouting during the night, and noisy lorries the next (Easter Sunday!) morning! |
