The staff was very nice and helpful. The suite was large and beautiful. It was very close to town, perfect for walking. Breakfast was good and even offered an egg if requested.

The smell from the renovation of our room was still quite strong.

My son and I went to Beaune on our wine/food tour to Burgundy. This hotel rooms are large enough for too, well decorated, and very clean. Nice courtyard for relaxation. The staff helped us greatly with taxis to Puligny-Montrachet, reservations, maps, and whatever we needed. Breakfast is good a adequate. It is a 5 minute walk to downtown, so excellent location. I would stay here again.

Pretty small room for the money, room directly coming out on the innercourt, so kind of noisy, as far as you can speak of that in that region :)

It is a lovely, well situated hotel in a very pretty little town. Provided a secure car park.

Private secure parking. Secluded courtyard area for drinks or breakfast.

I've stayed at the hotel before and following the renovation it's now a very positive change, It's clean, nice and very good value for the money. We will come back.

The room we stayed in situated in the main building is a bit small en the steps to the bathroom (right next to the bed) can be problematic If you Have trouble with getting about. The room was on the streetside so street and traffic noice are part of the deal If you open a window

Lack of air conditioning. The hotel either has the AC on or off. We were in an attic room (very nice) but with the day time temperature of circa 25 degrees, the room was like a sauna at night. Opening windows is not an option on the front of the hotel due to traffic noise, so we had a sleepless night. I would only recommend to friends with the caveat that they avoid April and September when this can be an issue. Should be noted on the website.

A friendly relaxed hotel with a lovely internal courtyard - just right for such a nice town

The hotel was attractive, very well maintained and perfectly situated for exploring Beaune. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Location.

The hotel is extremely charming, both in the common areas and the rooms themselves. Wonderful massive, antique furnishings, with a very comfortable king sized bed and modern bath. Great to be able to park in the hotel's coutyard and not on the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, just steps from the main pedestrian area in the center of the town with lots of fine restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location was great in close walking distance to Beaune. Good car parking and great that dogs were allowed. Breakfast was lovely too. We will stay there again.

Lovely historic hotel in a interesting medieval town. Great place to stop on way to the Alps

Le Belle Epoque is an unprentenious charming/tradtionally French hotel set on a quiet gravel courtyard where car parking is available about 100m from the medievial city walls of Beaune. My family stayed here returning from a skiing trip during Easter 2013. Our room a small compact family suite was akin to a small cottage and decorated in rich dark patterned wall paper giving an edwardian feel.The beds were very comfortable It had a huge bath with fantastic water pressure. The breakfast was also v good -this hotel is a gem - v convenient for the eating and drinking delights of Beaune!

Very little really - the bar was not well stocked and I guess the lighting in the room was a little too atmospheric and there was no english speaking tel channels - not that we needed them

Beaune is an excellent location for discovering the Burgundy and Beajolais wine regions. The hotel is close to the centre of town and very comfortable. The owners/staff are very pleasant.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Beaune and is a beautiful building around a courtyard - secure parking which was perfect as we were en route to Switzerland for skiing. The manager was absolutely lovely, the bedroom was perfect and the breakfast was yummy. We would definitely stay there again - and for longer than an overnight next time.

The location of this property, just outside the old city walls, was fine. The hotel was in proximity to several very nice restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. would recommend to others.
