A very warm welcome by the hotel staff. Comfortable, modern rooms. Excellent, secure provision for car parking. Good access to the centre of Bailleul and its impressive central square. |

Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed having tea making facilities in the room. The parking facilities were also very secure. The breakfast provided a good range of food to suit all tastes. I would have liked to have been provided with more tea bags/coffee. We had a family room - but there wasn't enough to go round! |

This was a very relaxing place to spend time. The staff were very kind, patient and obliging and we found the location quiet in spite of the hotel being close to the town square. Our experience of Ballieul was of a delightfully friendly population who were patient with our rather poor and muddled French language skills. |

Reception does not open until 1800hrs on a Sunday. This was not stated in the booking confirmation . We arrived at 1500hrs , the Day - Night Bell did not bring a response , so we had to wait three hours after a long drive. The owners apologised , but ......If a full day recetion service is not possible a simple warning in the confirmation would have been the solution. david h edwards Only the inability to gain access before 1800 hrs. |

Superb sound insulation despite being next door to the main road. two excellent nights' sleep in a comfortable room. Easy access to car parking. Excellent staff; reasonably priced breakfast I (along with most Brits I suspect) drove into the exit door. You need a big "NO ENTRY" sign on the exit oor, with a sign and arrow saying "Parking entry 45m to the Left". That is my ONLY suggestion for imptovment. |

Staff were polite and friendly, it was clean. you could come and go as you wish. And my son loved the friendly dog who always greeted us. |

Received an email confirmation of the booking, which is always comforting.
Breakfast arrangements made it feel more like a Bed and Breakfast than a hotel.
