This comfortable hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the railway station but a little further from the beautiful city centre also has a very nice restaurant attached. |

good deal and got what I needed--comfy bed, cleanliness, decent-sized bathroom (for the price paid), tv and wireless. I'd definitely stay there again staff was unavailable, which for the most part really wasn't a problem. thin walls. I could smell people smoking in the hallway even |

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Took our luggage to the rooms. Rooms were clean. Soundproofing was better than most in this category. Would definitely come here again. No elevator and the wireless internet was not working. |

Staff at hotel reception were very welcoming and friendly when I arrived. Hotel was clean and comfortable and in a quite location just outside of the town centre. |

The room was big, confortable and very clean. I loved it. Also, the fact that the service is provided by a family of very capable and nice people, is a plus. The hotel has a very good restaurant, with excellent food and wines. Ample parking lot. |

Warm welcome from hotel owners. Effective A/C in bedroom. Breakfast OK and restaurant excellent value. Free and secure parking. Easy walk into the town centre. Very convenient for railway station. Very small rooms. |

Independent family run hotel - very welcoming. We were looking for simple basic room for overnight on long drive - this was good value - lovely staff and great base for visiting Beaune. Better directions to the hotel would have been appreciated for those without sat nav - map does not convey that the centre of Beaune is a mass of one way streets and it is not clear which road leads to Route de Seurre. |

The terrasse was quite appealing and romantic. Lovely choices of food. Cosy village feel. Too many flight of stairs for luggage! |

Cosy, good priced hotel with nice restaurant and clean luxury rooms. Staff is very friendly. Staff speaks barely international languages. Sometimes hard to communicate. Opening hours and reach-ability of staff are not always guest oriented. For example: entree and reception room are completely dark on sundays and between 12:00-14:00. Even main door is blocked with heavy curtain at those times. |

This hotel is well located for Beaune walking or driving on to Burgundy wineries. The family staff are helpful and available at all times. The large carpark and excellent restaurant make it very convenient. The room we stayed in might have been slightly larger - but it was budget priced and everything else was excellent. |

The lilac room, it was very clean and quite comfortable. Relatively close to the old town and nice green area. The room was really small and below the street level. Strict rules about bringing food into your room (it's forbidden). |

Clean hotel, and very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent food in restaurant. Secure parking. Recommended for an overnight stopover. Bed uncomfortably sweaty because of plastic protector sheet underneath. I had to remove it by 3am. Quite a walk to the centre of the town. |

Hotel is clean, warm and comfortable, with the advantage of having an excellent, integral bar and restaurant. The owner, family and staff are of the highest calibre.......A great place to stay. |

Patron and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location good - 5 mins walk to station, 10 mins to city centre. Room was clean with modern decor. Room was small - double bed left no space for bedside table or light. Central heating could not be adjusted. |

The very friendly welcome, the excellent restaurant and the very good atmosphere, just what we needed on a rainy night arriving in Beaune. Great family hotel although we were slightly surprised by the double bunkbed :-) |
