the rooms are very clean and the hotel is close to the beach, center, SNCF railway station and bus. the rooms are quite small but they have own balcony. we had the biggest room so it was ok, but there are rooms smaller then ours. |

Small family-run hotel on the first floor of an apartment building. Not far from the city centre and sea. Multi-story parking nearby. Rooms a quite small and a bit noisy. Internet access was not working. Toilet sink, designated as "electronic" was making very loud noise while flushing. |

Value for money, cleanliness, balcony, good air conditioning, location Sub-standard bathroom. Nothing more than a flimsy partition between it and the main room. Absolutely zero privacy and no room to move. |

The hotel is situated the walking distance to the city centre and beaches, the staff was very warm and helpful, the room clean and comfortable, breakfast good. We really enjoyed the stay there very much. I recommend this hotel to those who want to have a nice holiday rest in Cannes. everything was ok! |

Nobody was at the front desk, you have to call them on the phone to open. It is not even a hotel, but a house that was transformed. Hostel looks better than this. A small room with the shower in it. No bathroom. A toilet is across the room, which is used by everyone and it is not clean. Wouldn't suggest it. Too expensive, and too ugly even for a one night. |

The breakfast was the positive of this hotel. The room was 35degrees, without air-conditioning. The Wifi connection was not running. I had to look for a call center. After few hours having booked, I received a call from the Hotel Manager that in a very unfriendly way told the me my booking was not acceptable anymore because he gave the room to someone else. Not a recommendable hotel. |

Three reasons to choose the hotel: location close to city center, many chances to find parking close to the hotel for free, clean rooms - and all these for reasonable price No one at reception at the moment of arrival at 3p.m. |

Some good points: clean towls ans sheets and close to the center. If you can chose a nother hotel for an aditional few euros, I advice you to do so! This is not a hotel, it is an old appartment which was transformed in 6 small rooms, and :1. Very small rooms 2.No receptionist after 6 P.M. 3.Old furniture and utilitis 4.An incredibly noisy toilet - an ellectronic wc which has a electric pomp that can wakeup all the guests in the appartment ("hotel") |

Vraiment pas terrible, notre chambre était juste derrière la cuisine , donc dès 7h30 vive les petits dej!!. De plus très mal insonorisé(malgré un effort de double vitrage) un grand boulevard passe aux pieds de l'hotel... Enfin pas de salle de bain un placard qu'on doit laisser ouvert pour aller aux toilettes.... |

Större rum än väntat. Hjälpsam personal vid utcheckningen. Fick lämna mitt bagage i receptionen under sista dagen efter utcheckningen. Jag ville bada en sista gång före kvällens hemresan, och ville inte släpa på bagaget under dagen och ner till stranden. Bra läge. Kom med buss 200 från Nice, 15 min promenad uppför gatan till hotellet. 20 minuter till public beach till höger om hamnen. Receptionen dåligt bemanad. Måste ringa från utsidan (gäller att man har fungerande mobiltelefon, eller en hjälpsam Taxichaufför) vid ankomst för att få kodlåsnummer till ytterdörren och villket rum jag skulle bo i. |
