Nära Paris absoluta centrum, litet och gemytligt. Fräscht med hyftsad hotellfrukost.

En receptionist som var lite småseg och tråkig, övriga bra och tillmötesgående. Liten hiss.

Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsamma. Läget var perfekt. Rent och snyggt. Aircondition och minibar och säkerhetsskåp var plus.

I stay at this hotel every time when I come to Paris. The location is excellent, the building is very cosy (classic Paris "ship" house) and the hotel itself is very good value for money: all necessary facilities, cleanliness and comfort for very moderate price as compared to many other Paris hotels. Now they even offer a welcome glass of champagne and tea time buffet free of charge.

The breakfast room is a bit too small, sometimes one has to wait for free seats/clean cups etc.

Deluxe Room 607 is very charming, Reception staff very friendly. The pleasant location for easy access to a lot of the touristic locations.

The cleaning staff and breakfast staff not very efficient and overlooking important little details such as toilet brushes in the bathroom, or coffee and tea supplies in the room part of the services included in the deluxe rooms

The afternoon free buffet was a lovely idea.The 2 free glasses of champagne for every guest was also a nice touch. The tea and coffee making facilities was appreciated. The decor in our room was very nice.it was smart and modern.must've been recently refurbished. It was good to have a separate toilet and bathroom. The air con worked well and wasn't noisy as in some other hotels we have stayed at.The double glazed windows really kept the noise out.Smart new tv, good reception but more english channels would be a nice touch.All in all very good.

The buffet breakfast food itself was nice but there were not enough seats, we ended up eating standing up! It was worse than Butlins. It was utter chaos and only 1 woman was in the kitchen, who did not seem to take part in anything including clearing the tables. The food was not replenished. When it was gone, it was gone! The bed was much too firm.The bed really needed a top sheet under the quilt, as it was too hot in middle of night with the quilt and too cold without the quilt. And the sheets were very stiff to lay on (definately not soft) more fabric conditioner please! Reception staff's understanding of english was hit and miss.bit frustrating.

Some of the staff at the entry desk, one in particular did not do his job well at all! He took bags without giving a ticket, I ordered a taxi, he didn't order it & I missed my train. The telephone on in the corridor was very annoying as it kept ringing just outside the door. And the room was extremely small!

The hotel is in a really great position. Only 5 min for Notre Dame, 2 metro stations (St. Michel and Cluny-La Sorbonne) that in few minutes take you all over in Paris, just at a turn of corner there are all the restaurants, brasserie, bistrot and shops you need for yor pleasant stay. The staff was helpful (particularly Samir). We asked for a room in a high floor and with the balcony, and they give us exactly what we asked for. So if you go there, ask for the room 507: wonderful with a beautiful sight of Notre Dame! Room wide, pretty furnitures, almost quite even if it is on a big boulevard, equipped with electric coffe/tea pot. We appreciated the all inclusive formula (free wi-fi, breakfast, teatime break etc.).Really enjoined our 9 days.

Air conditioned could be set only by the staff at the desk.The breakfest room too small for the number of the rooms of the hotel.

We booked as a 4 star and it is a 3 close to two the rooms are very small and the bathroom smaller.

We were given an excellent room with a balcony. The room was of a good standard and nice furnishings. Superb location.

We were supposed to get a lunch box according to our booking but the girl on the desk knew nothing about it.The breakfast room was too small and understaffed so there were a lot of people waiting on the stairs.The teatime buffet was just petite fours.

Clean and very well located near the St Michel and St Germaine. Easy access by car even though unloading the car was a bit nerve taking when blocking the whole street... Good public carage near in St Michel. Hotel was full of American teen tourists because of BW chain (just a note - neither good nor bad thing).

Breakfast buffet was a big joke. Very small room downstairs full of people (we gave up after 2 mornings...). No place to sit, 'buffet' table empty and not enough staff to keep things going. It would be better option to use the cafes on the streets. Also sound isolation between rooms was terrible.
