Location close to Bergerac Airport

The French never fail to disappoint when it comes to service. Firstly, I booked a triple room for my daughter and 3 year and 18 month grandchildren. They provided a duplex room with a single bed and cot on the ground floor connected up a flight of stairs to the main bedroom. No baby gates, totally inappropriate. They did then offer a double room but we had to do all the moving of cot etc. The whole floor stunk of cigarette smoke. We complained but they just said that they could not stop guests smoking in their rooms. Ok so why put ashtrays in every room? We set the automatic wake up call for 06.00. The hotel had not reset the system for summer time so we were woken at 07.00 and had to miss breakfast. They said that there had been a power cut in the night?? What rubbish. This is a real budget hotel with absolutely no frills charging hefty rates.

A perfect location if flying through Bergerac airport. The restauraunt next door was perfect and we had one of the best meals we had in France on this trip. Hotel is clean but basic.

Reception did not open till 0800 and we left at 0700 for the airport. If taxi had not arrived or problems had developed there was no one to contact. Once out of the front door we could not get in again, had we left our luggage in reception and just 'looked' outside we would have lost access to our luggage as the automatic doors closed behind us. An innocent mistake to make. Scary!!

Parking easy

Its a two star hotel not three.

The room layout worked well for us. Liked having a fridge in the room. A kettle would have been nice.

The air conditioning needs to be sorted out for the duplex rooms. It was too hot to sleep on the upper floor. I thought that the food was very expensive.

It was close to the airport

The hotel was old fashioned, our room was depressing, I was unable to sleep due to strange noises, the bed was uncomfortable and both me and my partner woke full of bites! The coffee in the morning we had to pay for and it was disgusting. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Excellent staff and service, very clean, great breakfast, free wifi for multiple devices

A bit dated, rooms a bit tired (although well cared for) location a bit commercial although not an issue as we were there at the weekend.

Very close to airport and easy to find. The receptionist was able to give us a map of the town and help with parking.

Chosen for parking and pool the hotel is situated a bit outside of Bergerac. It is an easy walk into town, although the road has no footpath until you get to the town boundary, so the walk is not recommended for those with small children. Hotel is a good standard, rooms a decent size and clean. Breakfast was fair to good.

Bed matrices we had were a bit too soft

There are many potholes in the street leading to the hotel from the main road; there is no excuse for this. Doesn't the Bergerac municipality maintain this street? If not, then you should get some buckets of concrete and repair these bad holes. The corridor was dark in front of our room, until we discovered the light switch. There are light switches which sense the presence of a person, and turn on the light. Shower curtains would be nice, and they don't cost much. In our room 207, the toilet would often keep running when flushed.

restaurant closed. arrived at hotel after 2.5 hours of heavy rain. we were on motorcycles and the lady at reception was unimpressed at having to mop up a pool of rain water we left on the foyer floor. this was unavoidable, unless we took off our rain suits in the car park. stayed here before but the standard is dropping

Bon accueil du personnel, très bon conseils pour les visites. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable.

Moquettes et tapisseries défraichies, chasse d'eau défectueuse, mauvaise isolation (30 degré sous les combles de notre chambre), rien de moderne, pas de couvertures supplémentaires, pas suffisamment de choix pour le buffet du petit déjeuner compte tenu du prix. La chambre est prévue pour une famille mais aucune sécurité enfant au niveau des escaliers, divers clous dans les murs, fils électriques reliant la télé agrafés sur l'escaliers!, traces de rouille par terre dans la salle de bains.

L'heure c'est l'heure!...A 10h30 le buffet du petit déjeuner est entièrement débarrassé.. Tant pis pour les jeunes... La taxe de séjour non comprise dans le prix de la chambre , un peu élevée par rapport à d'autre hôtels et légèrement supérieur à celle indiquée sur le site .

Vriendelijk personeel, goede kamer.

Er werd alleen maar frans en zeer weinig engels gesproken. In de bad kamer : lekkende kraan, douchekop veel te laag, bouwkundig slordig afgewerkt.

Le calme

J'ai re-séjourné dans cet hôtel facile à trouver et de nouveau apprécié le calme de la chambre au rez donnant sur le jardin derrière ainsi que l'accueil chaleureux

Geen drie sterren-hotel !!!!!!!!! Nog nooit zo een pover ontbijt gehad op al onze reizen !!!!!!!!! Moesten zelfs om broodjes vragen !!!!!!!!!! Heel sobere uitbating en bediening !!!!!!!!!

La tranquillité.

Chambre très basique pour un 3 étoiles,salle de bain défraîchie,bas de porte gondolé sans peinture,dessous de lavabo et de baignoire en moquette ce qui n'est pas très adéquat?

Excellent rapport qualite prix .

Hôtel de bonne classe, calme, agréable,chaleureux

Ce que je déteste, c'est votre demande de nomenclature: "Pendant votre séjour à l'hôtel, vous voyagiez en tant que...?", où vous mettez: "couple d'âge mur"; pourquoi pas "poire blette" pendant que vous y êtes. Donc, j'ai mis "couple de jeunes gens", parceque on n'est pas encore par terre, et quand vous ferez la moitié de ce que l'on fait dans notre vie, on pourra en rediscuter
