A small hotel, very conveniently located in a quiet street one block away from the Seine. Very near the Musée d'Orsay and Louvre and on walking distance of many other sites. Staff was very helpfull. We were lucky to park our MPV right in front of the hotel entrance and they offered to renew the parking ticket for us every two hours (maximum stay) while we were exploring the city. They did so for two full days. This was more service than could be expected ! A simple French breakfast is served in the very "petite" basement. Of course there are many breakfast alternatives in the neighbourhood. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. Everything just fits in, but really just. However, this is to be expected in the centre of Paris unless you are prepared to pay much more...

As is common in Paris, the rooms are small, the bathrooms are smaller, the elevator smaller still and in this case it didn't go to the top floor where our room was located. Additionally the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. In our room the bathroom was actually up a small set of stairs but still in the room and private. However, these are not uncommon features of a Parisian hotel, so if you can accept them as quaint then the hotel is very clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was surprisingly quiet at night, breakfast was simple but fresh, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location for a tourist visit was fantastic. If you have trouble with mobility be sure you are not on the fith floor. The elevator only goes to the fourth.

Nice family hotel. Location in walking distance to the Louvre and close to other main attractions. Metro in 5 mins walking distance .The portiers have been helpful and friendly. Breakfast room is tiny and offered and a bit limited. But the Croissants were "tres bien".

When booking this hotel we were mostly attracted by the price and location. It’s only a short walk from many good bars and restaurants. The hotel has a very nice website with lovely pictures, the deco is also quite appealing. Unfortunately the rooms very dusty, with some stuff leftover on the floor after previous visitors. The room service would re-make the bed that I have already made very neatly but don't bother emptying the bins. Also one of the most tricky showers to use, with the shower curtain constantly sticking to you when in the shower it was a very annoying experience. Also there was no hot water to have a tea for breakfast, only warmish water from a flask. The hotel staff was not very helpful when asked about tips how to get to certain places or avoid queues, for example to Louvre, when we knew it is possible.

We found the hotel ideally suited--just 3 blocks across the river from the louvre museum and 2 blocks from the bataboat boat shuttle and rer underground rry line that take you to all the important sights of the city. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND THE BREAKFAST ROOM IN THE "CELLAR" WAS AN EXCITING ADVENTURE. The rooms are exceptionally small, especially for the price but one must always consider the alternatives--nothing else this convenient in the price range.

The location is wonderful, but we also enjoyed the hotel for its historic value. It dates back about 300 years and everything is small and very Parisian. It was good to experience something so typical. The rooms were small and the bathroom squeezy, but it just added to the charm. The breakfast was fine and plentiful and served in a cellar area which was also cute. It was very easy to visit the sights of central Paris and close to the cafes of the St Germain area. It was a bit of a drag to carry cases up steep stairs as the elevator only goes to L4 and I would have liked a bell boy service for this.

śWietna lokalizacja, kameralna atmosfera, prawdziwie francuska atmosfera.
