The staff were very helpfull and the location was central to the city centre. The rooms were a bit on the small side but overall, very comforable. Unfortunately the lift was out of action and the spiral staircase was a bit tricky. |

It was really close to the centre and the train station, excellent location No decent bar so nowhere to chill in the hotel itself |

friendly staff, good service There was a temporary problem with the lift during our three day stay and the staircases are narrow but staff helped to transfer baggage to and from our rooms |

Breakfast was good but overpriced. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Too small to work. Separate rooms for bath/sink and toilet. |

Good location, close to down town. Clean rooms. If you have a car bigger than Golf class forget about hotel parking as the way from the street to parking place was very narrow. |

The city of Toulouse. There was no high chair for our baby at breakfast. The hotel was very basic, not what I would expect from a Best Western. The car park was too low for our vehicle which had a roof box |

Room was a good size, 10 minute walk to the main square in town. Room furnishings were a bit dated but everything was comfortable enough. |

Very clean, friendly staff, well-equipped room. Nothing bad really, would be better if closer into the centre but really is just a 10 minute walk which is very pleasant in the summer. |

Good location. Easy walking distance from shops, restaurants, metro, railway. Quiet, but we did have room at the back No outside sitting area. Shower took long time to get warm, but we were on 5th floor! |

Very convenient location between the railway station and the city centre. It is possible to walk to all important places. Good value for money and good facilities in the room (flat screen tv, individual air conditioning, hair drier, separate toilet, magnifying glass etc.). Friendly and available staff at the reception. The air conditioning had a bit of a bad smell when turned on but worked fine. There was an old cookie left on the floor of the room but with this exception the room and bathroom looked clean. |

great location (only 10-15 mins slow walk to Capitole and Wilson); staff very helpful and accommodating; staff spoke english but encouraged us in use of our poor french; rooms quite small but good value for the price we got. parking was on site rather than street parking, which was available in the other hotels. car park entrance VERY narrow and practically in the hotel lobby, but, once staff saw us approach, they came out to direct us safely through... some reviews mentioned odour in the toilet of one rooms (we noticed it in room 11 but we didn't stay there)... breakfasts were also great - perhaps a little expensive, but for convenience and quality, couldn't be faulted |

The location is great, near the city centre and not too far from the train station. The shuttle bus to the aiport is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The room is very clean. |

close to the city the walls were not adequate to minimise noise from other rooms, corridor and lift. The toilet closet was provided in another room and was emitting odour through-out our stay. |

Most of the staff were helpful although one male receptionist seemed to prefer looking at the computer screen rather than paying attention to the surrounding situation. We met the owners daughter who was working on the reception desk one evening. Her effort to help us to deal with our further travel arrangements was exemplary - she obviously cares about the customer experience. A small business section would be useful. |

We were glad to have good on sight parking for our hired car; the reception staff were very helpful; it was walking distance to the old city and shops; we had a quiet room at the back. |

The hotel was quite confortable, the rooms were little bit small but the location of the hotel in the center of Toulouse was fantastic. The price/quality was satisfactory, overall because with Booking.com we pay half of the regular price. So come and visit it! |

The staff was okay, the guest waiting lounge was pretty, the coffee for le petit dejeuner was briliant. The wireless internet was good and for once free as well. They gave the breakfast away after my complaint about the elevator and noise. The hotel is very very noisy. It the noise from inside that is annoying. The rooms are not at all soundproofed. The elevator was run down and faulty. It sometimes did not stopped really leveled at the hallway floor! I have notified the staff so they will probably have it fixed. |
