Excellent location, very attentive and nice personel.

The shower should be stronger.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The room was a bit small, but that was not a problem for us.

Located close to old town with car parking available if a little tricky to get in to.

A great price, location and parking available. The staff were really excellent; helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also great with cereal as well as the usual pastries seen in France.

It's a cramped little hotel and needs extensive modernisation. Overpriced, even for a city hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located. We were able to walk to the main attractions of the city as well as to the Gare Routiere and train station. The receptionist Lauren was very friendly, helpful and charming. She was able to recommend a good place to eat, her name secured us a table at busy 'Meet the Meat'. The hotel breakfast was very good, fresh produce well presented.

lovely hotel, well situated within walking of nearly all the sights, also airport bus stops less han 3 minutes away. The staff were all very helpful, the breakfast was also very good, served with a smile!

Very friendly receptionist with free welcome drink. Excellent value as special offer and topped with free lunch box. Good recommendation for restaurant too. Best night of the week.

A friendly simple hotel with extremely helpful staff at the front desk. The room was small with a king size bed and the bathroom very adequate. We used this hotel as it was within walking distance of the train station and it was recommended on Trip Advisor.

Perfect location to discover Toulouse. Friendly staff, a good breakfast was included and it was possible to make coffee in the room. Room was quiet and comfortable.

I didn't realise I had to pay for parking, but that's my fault. Tight squeeze in and out.

Helpful reception staff. Fairly secure parking facility. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Unfortunately the hotel is not in the best part of town. Although only a 5 minute walk to a decent shopping and restaurant area we did not wish to be walking back to the hotel at a late hour as it felt quite unsafe.

I loved the location, the helpfulness of the staff and the little amenities provided by the hotel. The room was a little larger than expected and the hotel was very quaint. We were located within easy walking distance of the city center, major shopping and very good restaurants.

The Hotel staff was amazing. The location is great is you are thinking of using the Navette shuttle.
