Very close to centre of Arles and the main attractions . We stayed on a Friday night and had a very short walk to the excellent market . Room large and bed very comfortable . Very important to have secure parking in the base of the hotel and not too expensive . Can't comment on the restaurant as it was closed because of a function . Had an excellent pizza in one of the little back street restaurants. Breakfast was fine.

Ultra convenient location. Decent sized rooms and quiet, if you request the rear facing rooms. Tea/Coffee maker in room. Variable reception staff, daytime excellent, evening oddly unhelpful. No fridge or minibar in room. Reluctant to restock tea/coffee in room except during cleaning.

Hotel was modern looking and the room was nice with a kettle and condiments. The female staff from the hotel restaurant was very helpful in helping us to translate the menu. It was not easy not find our way to the hotel. The room only had a small window. There was a male hotel staff that was rude and would not help us with simple tourist information like where is the bus stop. Swimming pool was closed when we tried to visit in the late evening.

The location was really good and the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Upon arrival I had to deal with the worst front desk person I've ever met. Though the hotel room and other staff didn't cause any problem during my stay, that experience was bad enough to give me really bad impression about the whole hotel. Though the location and price was really good, I don't think I'd stay in this hotel in my next visit to Arles.

Excellent location, very good breakfast. One of those hotels where lots of things seem to be broken. A lift, the draught beer pump, the toilet paper dispenser, the wall attachment that holds the shower head. The tapwater tastes of swimming pool, but maybe that's not the hotel's fault. Male receptionist comically surly and monosyllabic, made me smile. Nothing serious, but if you're a stickler, you've been warned.

Personnel particulièrement aimable, à l'écoute du client. Chambres très confortables avec lit très large et salle de bain très confortable. Malgré sa situation pas de bruit ni intérieur, ni extérieur Petit- déjeuner copieux.

L'hotel e' facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada, ha un parcheggio coperto ed e' a 100 metri dal centro citta'. Il costo sembrava buono, ma aggiungendo 12 euro di parcheggio e 11 euro di colazione a testa... Probabilmente non lo consiglierei. Prima colazione al di sotto degli standard dei best western.
