Location is good. Services at the hotel were very poor. No hot water for shower or bath in morning (for most of the hotel). Internet access provided was POOR and email was not accessible. |

I liked the Atrium because of its situation in the centre of town in Arles. It was very clean, the air-conditioning worked well and it was comfortable. the breakfast was very good & most of the staff were very nice eg, the dining room & bedroom staff were lovely. The receptionists were not nice to us, we left a pants for the dry cleaners which they said would be ready in the evening. They returned the pants unlaundered with no good excuse. We noticed the french people got great attention & we were always left standing at reception until they had finished lengthy conversations with the french. |

The hotel is generally of a good standard all the public rooms being nicely designed, tasteful, light and of a pleasant decor. It situation for visiting Arles is excellent. Unfortunately, our room was on the top floor and we were subjected to excessive air conditioning noise which significantly disrupted our sleep. It was brought to the attention of reception staff. Our room was also some distance from the parking place we had booked with the hotel and required two slow lifts and a walk between the two lifts and was time consuming and tiring tranferring our cases.. |

Excellent location; Free internet; Staff very friendly Sewer-like smell in bathroom. Drains in sink and tub had to be plugged when not in use to stop the aroma. |

Clean and big rooms (double). Has a friendly and helpful staff. It is located in the very center of the town, close to all the interesting things. Buffet breakfast very complete. Full of noisy students and hordes of holidaymakers even in the low season. |

Conveniently located near the Old City, excellent provision of local information with a secure car park. Room was perfectly adequate - a little basic - but those extras missing from the room were made readily available by the staff - eg kettle, coffee packets, cups tray etc were provided at no extra cost and with a smile... very impressed The hotel seemed, at first, a little bland and the outside first impression of the hotel was disappointing - but the room cost and the friendly atmosphere was a pleasant surprise |
