The location of the hotel is very central. Supermarket and restaurants are very nearby. The price of the rooms are reasonable. The lobby is great although the rooms are a bit small. The garage is attached to the hotel. Again, it is quite small and it takes great care to drive a bigger car. Some staff are very professional whereas one or two has room for improvement.

The size of the rooms were large for a 3 -star hotel, the cleanliness was second to none, the staff were friendly & very helpful, they spoke english and this was an enormous bonus to us as were non -french speakers.

The location was really good and the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Upon arrival I had to deal with the worst front desk person I've ever met. Though the hotel room and other staff didn't cause any problem during my stay, that experience was bad enough to give me really bad impression about the whole hotel. Though the location and price was really good, I don't think I'd stay in this hotel in my next visit to Arles.

Excellent location, very good breakfast. One of those hotels where lots of things seem to be broken. A lift, the draught beer pump, the toilet paper dispenser, the wall attachment that holds the shower head. The tapwater tastes of swimming pool, but maybe that's not the hotel's fault. Male receptionist comically surly and monosyllabic, made me smile. Nothing serious, but if you're a stickler, you've been warned.

Very close to centre of Arles and the main attractions . We stayed on a Friday night and had a very short walk to the excellent market . Room large and bed very comfortable . Very important to have secure parking in the base of the hotel and not too expensive . Can't comment on the restaurant as it was closed because of a function . Had an excellent pizza in one of the little back street restaurants. Breakfast was fine.

Ultra convenient location. Decent sized rooms and quiet, if you request the rear facing rooms. Tea/Coffee maker in room. Variable reception staff, daytime excellent, evening oddly unhelpful. No fridge or minibar in room. Reluctant to restock tea/coffee in room except during cleaning.

Ottima posizione per visita alla citta' e nei dintorni.Ottima la prima colazione a buffet,anche se un po' cara. L'unica cosa negativa e' la moquette sporca nei corridoi e soprattutto sulle scale. Inoltre sulle scale, non avendo finestre, cattivo odore di chiuso.

La posizione ottima: sabato mattina proprio davanti all'hotel un enorme mercato pieno di bancarelle con ogni tipo di prodotto, dal cibo al vestiario, uno dei mercati più grandi della zona. Per chi ama questo genere di cose, è da provare...

Op een persoon na, uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Proficiat vooral nu tijdens de hektische dagen van de feria. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Tweepersoonskamer was werkelijk " very basic": piepklein kastje, piepklein bad, geen minibar, geen kluisje, geen WC borstel, venstertje kon niet blijven openstaan om te verluchten. Hotelbar was eigenlijk niet bestaand. Prijs was echt hoog voor wat je kreeg, maar dat vond dan zijn reden in de "feria's".
