I was booking a room it this hotel, at 11 pm on booking.com. When I arrived there the hotel ws closed. The phone number, it has mentioned on the answer mail, was not answering. I had to find an other hotel. I did not read it's opening policy, that's true, but I never found any hotel so far, what is closed for night. Next morning someone from the hotel called me. She could not speak even a word in english, and she became rough and released the call, when I asked to give me someone who can. This is not a service, and I would not like to pay for this !!!!!!!

I liked old fashion atmoshere of room, feeling bit like in old castle. Hotel is also very close to old part of Nevers. Some things in bathroom such as bath need to be renovated. Hotel is noisy - floor and beds. You can be wake up hearing neighbours opening they door to bathroom and be sure that somebody entrance your room. Not all staff speak english. I did not like that for using wifi I had to log myslelf to some page with my privite email.

The hotel is very well presented. Rooms very well pleasant & of a good standard.A Very good breakfast. The bathroom was very clean but a little on the small side, but would not put me off staying again.

Salle de bains- grande- mais mal aménagée pas de pare douche donc inondation sol mini lavabo ds grand espace tabouret plastic pour 3 étoiles , un petit effort!!! placard pour ranger vetements ds salle de bains....le fond et les parois sans peinture finie/pas revetement

Está bien situado y el hotel está restaurado, con cuartos de baño nuevos, etc. El único problema encontrado es que no tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, al menos en las que usamos . |

Rapport qualité prix, équipement terrasse sale, une des chambres réservées était loin d'avoir été rénovée comme indiquée sur la brochure. Nous sommes habitués aux hôtels best western et celui-ci n'est pas représentatif de tous ceux déjà fréquentés.

Hervorragende Lage, freundliches Personal, Zimmer zum Hof sind sehr ruhig, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Die Zimmer auf der dritten Etage sind nicht mit einer Klimaanlage ausgerüstet.

La camera doppia era fantastica !!!! Ottima la pulizia della camera e del bagno . L'aspetto esteriore dell' hotel non rispecchia il lusso che si può trovare all'interno.
