Beautiful new hotel , faces highway , location is what we call in Canada the suburbs. It take about 25 minutes in heavy traffic to city centre of AIX. Travelling back + forth to city was a pain. The website does not clearly identify that it is a good car trip to city. We shorten our stay from 3 to 1 night only because of the driving. No, staff were great. Resturant was great . |

the hotel just celebrated their 1st anniversary, excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very nice and clean room, location excellent if you come by TGV, or want to play golf. Not far from city centre. By car you have to enter "rue des monges" in your GPS eventhough breakfast on weekend was until 10.30 am, there was not much left at 9.45. The waiter brought some additional food when asked for, but could have been a bit more forthcoming. |

It was quiet and near the TGV Station. It said it had a Restuarant which after a long drive we would be abl;e to have a meal and be able to drink some wine.The Restuarant closes at the weekend that was not mentioned in any write up!!!!! There is no where to walk to as it is out in the wilds!!!! No staff bar also closed. Question the purpose of this hotel!!!! |

New building hotel ,new forniture,parking free .Staff Gentle No difficulties to reach it by car if you put in your GPS one address as "Avenue Agostine Fresnel " near to the Hotel) The Change( little increase ) at moment of the payment of charged price per night (from the one agreed trough Booking.com) only on 2 more nights extension directly requested on site |

The staff were fantastic. They spoke good English and were very helpful.The rooms were modern and clean . I would like there to have been internet facilities available. The price did not include breakfast and so was quite expensive compared with other hotels we stayed at while in France |

Brand new, comfortable with great staff. In an odd location but great to stop off at if enroute. Difficult to find. Room service was slow and they charge 25% surcharge. |

Clean, modern, new rooms. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Restaurant service was quite poor although food (dinner) was good. Would recommend not eating at the restaurant, except maybe for breakfast. |

Clean, well furnished room. Outdoor jacuzzi on the sun terrace. No buses from near the hotel into Aix-en-Provence on a Sunday = expensive (30 Euros) taxi ride! |

Lo he utilizado para un viaje de negocios y es muy confortable con todos los servicios que puedes necesitas. Muchas atenciones Me toco una habitacon del 3 piso y por la noche se escuchaba en ocasiones un ruido que era molesto. |

Diseño del hotel, habitaciones, etc Dos cosas: 1.- Leí que algún ocupante previo señalaba que era muy difícil encontrar el hotel. Me armé con el Google Maps, pero juraría que estaba equivocado... Perdido por varios polígonos. No estaría de más dar instrucciones claras de acceso, y pagar una señalización a la salida de la autovía. 2.- Me dio la impresión de que el hotel economiza demasiado en personal (una única persona por la mañana para recepción, desayunos,...) |
