Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good price for accomodation.
Very poor breakfast! Doesnt worth that price. Wifi connection also could be better.
Location was great as we had a car. Thank goodness we had a GPS as followed directions even though they seemed weird at times. If you have time go and see Aix-en-Provence aquaduct down the road - found by accident! Very helpful staff.
The location is not that good...far from the downtown but the hotel itself is quite good
Facilities Pool is nice Close to the station
We got 2 rooms, one for our kids and one for ourselves. the hotel gave us 2 rooms the farest from each other. Breakfast is really poor with very limited food and drinks, although very expensive even for kids
Freindly helpful staff, relaxing garden and pool area with addittion option of the fitness and sauna area, very good value
Very friendly and helpful staff and they all spoke good English. Nice pool, fitness and spa.
Distance from motorway Rude staff member
Hard to find , get loss easily
Nice modern hotel with comfortable facilities.
Not a great location for tourists. 15 mins from the centre of Aix, and on the weekend the area was a bit of a ghost-town with no options available nearby for dinner on Saturday and Sunday evening.
Quite location. Rooms are modern.
Quality of internet is very bad (it gets disconnected every hour) Staff not friendly (we are in France, I am reminded ...) Room is not made unless you ask for it. When it's made it's not made completely. TV has (almost) only French channels.
It was further out from Aix then expected in the middle of nowhere and the buses back from Aix finished at 7pm so we had to drive everywhere. The wifi also didnt work in our room and the staff were unwilling to move us to another room and didnt seemed too bothered that we needed wifi.
We were a team of two engineers visiting a local facility; unfortunately we experienced challenges with our travelling and booking arrangements. Through it all, the staff at the Best Western ((97 Rue du Docteur Albert Aynaud) were there for us with assistance, empathy and courtesy that made us feel at home.
spacious and clean room. nice staff!
OK but not value for money
too difficult to find
The hotel is nice and if you travel by car is better to stay here than in the city..it has a small garden, with pine trees , a pool. The short way to Aix en Provence is very pleasant, with fields of poppies.
The restaurant is not that great
Friendly staff who were very helpful. Provided useful information about Aix. Was able to provide us a room when we arrived at 12:30pm. King sized bed was extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for us (early flight) as it was half way between Aix and the Marseilles airport.
Access to the pool off the restaurant. Pool not heated.
Restaurant wasn't open Sundays the wifi was poor we were kicked off every few minutes and had to re sign in
Excellent hotel, nice restaurant and lovely atmosphere.
Took forever to find the hotel because the address on booking.com was incorrect and the staff was not able to give the good direction.
This is a very good hotel with new facilities. Everything was clean and in great shape, both in the room and in the lobby and restaurant areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, which is not always the case in Aix. This can be a nice place to stay if you want a breather from the city, but you should probably have a car.
The hotel is listed as being in Aix-en-Provence, but travelers should be aware that it is not. It is actually in Aix-la-Duranne, a fairly bland suburb that is twenty-five minutes from the city by car or bus. (The buses are actually very good, once you figure them out.) This is really more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel. Also, there is nowhere to eat other than the hotel restaurant. To have dinner at another restaurant, you have to go into the city (see above). Lastly, the log-in for wifi is unnecessarily complicated, with two or three counter-intuitive steps that are hard to remember.
Friendly staff , comfort and convenient location,
The food and being charged 10 euros for a single cognac,
Friendly, knowledgable staff, comfortable, clean room - lovely waiter in the dining room - excellent food
Finding the way to it - in the end a local jumped into his car and led us to it!
Pool and outdoor bar space. Location to the airport. Dinner and wine in the restaurant.
The jacuzzi and steam room were closed.
Room, breakfast, free parking were all excellent.
We booked for the weekend but no-one said the restaurant would be closed from Sept onwards!??? Its surrounded by flats and VERY far from any shop or other restaurant so with no food near and no stock to use in the minibar, logistics was a nightmare. Chemist was near.
