The position, and proxiimity to restaurants and shops. The TV volume was set to low to hear when turned to maximum, the internet access was very spasmodic, the disabled parking position was occupiede by a Porche 911, being driven by a very able bodied ignoramus. The assistance with baggage was negligable, mostly verbal. |

Visited 2nd now and enjoyed very much, excellent hotel with very good restaurant and the bar is defenitely worth a visit with its great staff and very nice atmosphere. |

Location, this is a very good hotel for people who want to explore the city of Reims and the surrounding area. Only a 15 minute drive to Epernay!! The room was very small for even 2 people but it was very clean. I would recommend this hotel for people who weren't spending much time in the room/hotel The room was very small, there was confusion on the staff's part as to what we were to do when we arrived with parking and check-in. It's not really a complaint because we thought it was funny, like being in a Faulty Towers episode. It was more disorganization and then not wanting to accept he made a mistake. |

Efficient Unhappy that one of 3 booked rooms with large double bed had one single bed. I had to negociate a €20 reduction by being firm. |

Welcoming staff and good car park. The air conditioning was much appreciated on the hottest week so far this year in Reims Did not try the restaurant so I can't comment re the food. |

The location - very convient. We would recommend this hotel even though we did not always experience good staff attitudes. Staff attitude - they are abrupt and abrasive throughout - at the reception and restaurant. |

Nice modern hotel. Large room with beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed. Excellent central location on fairly quiet street. Breakfast was good, if a bit crowded near the food. |
