Rooms are nice, building and location as well The breakfast was terrible. Not enough place, not enough cutlery/crockery, messy, not enough staff and not enough to eat! A disaster! Indoor pool was cold. Fitness area doesnt deserve that qualification |

A great room! Hotel was close to everything with a wonderfull plaza closeby with wall to wall restaurants! The only thing we were missing was a corkscrew in the room. |

it was comfortable and in good position. One member of staff, at front desk was fairly brisque and I would say rude on each interaction I had with her. |

The room was modern, stylish and very well facilitated Most of the front desk staff we encountered were unpleasant, sometimes to the point of rude. In addition, they kept trying to insist each time we returned to the hotel that we didnt have parking booked, we had to show them the entry in their own book, but they didnt apologise for rudeness - twice! They made the stay unpleasant generally. |

Staff were very helpful. Good car park facilities. Spacious room. Excellent location in the city centre. The hotel restaurant was very good. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and could be better managed by the hotel. |
