Rented on of their bikes and had a tour around Reims. Staff were amazing friendly. Very good meal in their cafe/restaurant. Nice modern room in middle of city.

The swimming pool wasn't very warm.

Less than friendly Reception Staff. Expensive car parking at 12 euros a day when there is a public car park almost opposite.

This was a nice Hotel deserving it's 5x rating. Just a stroll from the centre of this lovely town. The Hotel was what you would expect whilst the staff were extremely helpful. Would stay again without any doubts.

In the centre of Reims, very convenient for sightseeing and restaurants. This was my 2nd visit & it was even better than my first.

The location was very convenient and placed us within easy walking distance of most of the attractions. The hotel was comfortable, spacious and clean.Breakfast was sufficient to keep you going all day.

A double room with two booked to use it and only one dressing gown and one foot towel. When extra were requested it was stated that one was 'normal'.

Comfortable beds. Good shower and bath. Air-conditioning works! Parking available.

Room slightly small. Rather expensive. Narrow parking bays.

the location of the hotel the leisure facilities the friendliness of the staff especially on reception a very cheerful gentleman who made us feel very welcome a pleasant change from the normal greeting,

the breakfast was a little over priced for a student like meal ie communal tables.The lack of control at the swimming pool with loud un supervised english children both in the pool and steam room.some hotels have a policy after 6pm no children.That would be more appealing to me as the swimming pool was one of the reasons I booked the hotel other adults who came to the pool were equally put off.

Very friendly reception staff who were more than happy to offer advice on local activities and book tours with the champagne houses. Room modern, functional, clean. Room service prompt and tasty. Excellent location for centre of Reims, and parking very easy, either under hotel or opposite in ncp (€12 per day). Get a room on the top floor, we had a great balcony overlooking the rear courtyard so no street noise.
