The location was ideal for my needs. Where to start. 149 euros for a 1 night stay in a very average 3 star hotel and breakfast isn't included? Another 5 euros for parking too certainly didn't sweeten the pill. The room facilities were also poor; 1 tea bag and 1 sachet of coffee that you have to drink from a tiny plastic cup. No water (except tap) in the room and very loud street noise from refuse collectors at around 4am didn't contribute to a restful nights sleep. On paying 9 euros for breakfast, it was as basic as you could imagine in what felt like a cheap cafe. Very poor indeed.

Ideally situated in the center of the old town (!!) but not easy to come with a car (no parking place in front of the hotel), private parking exist but quite 'specific' to enter, still seems to be safe. Room was clean and nice, a bit noisy (generator or else just in the inner yard below the window - sounds all the night). Breakfast very basic, not much choice for 8e.

Huge room Strange smell on the bathroom as if someone had been cooking inside the room. The view from panoramic room is not that much as there are several buildings close to the hotel so only small corridor to see the river.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and pleasant, and is ideally situated for exploring the old town of Laval. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We arrived on Bastille Day (14th July) and were treated to a massive firework display down by the river, which was only a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which was an added bonus to our overnight stay. Laval itself is a charming town and I would definitely stay here again. Nothing, it was lovely.

Good location. 5 minutes from historic city centre. Large room, nice decor, large bathroom. Hate being charge for parking. Although this was an underground garage anyone could have accessed it as the door was open throughout the day. Not sure about night-time as never checked.

Très bon accueil téléphonique et lors de la réception et des contacts au cours du séjour. Le personnel est bienveillant. Hôtel tout à fait bien placé près du théatre( qui motivait mon séjour) et à quelques enjambées de la Mayenne. Le prix du petit déjeuner est très élevé bien que le prix des chambres reste correct.

Sa situation en centre vi!lle, le parking en sous-sol avec accès direct à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié ( Au vu de l'opinion de certains clients sur votre site, on se demande ce que ceux-ci mangent chez eux!) A 14 heures, le ménage dans les chambres n'était pas fait. L'ascenceur, occupé par le chariot de ménage était inutilisableAprès réclamation, il fut immédiatement dégagé. Une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain.
