friendly staff,great for late arrivals,flexiblearrangements.very good bed and soft bedding,tea coffee facilities bathroom needs more shelves for toilet bags and more hooks or rails for towells. view of roof from 1srt floor window needs to be made more pleasant..plants on flat roof or paint and clean roof..safey exit doors could do with a sign,confusing in dark as automatic lights come on with little delay

The location was ideal for my needs. Where to start. 149 euros for a 1 night stay in a very average 3 star hotel and breakfast isn't included? Another 5 euros for parking too certainly didn't sweeten the pill. The room facilities were also poor; 1 tea bag and 1 sachet of coffee that you have to drink from a tiny plastic cup. No water (except tap) in the room and very loud street noise from refuse collectors at around 4am didn't contribute to a restful nights sleep. On paying 9 euros for breakfast, it was as basic as you could imagine in what felt like a cheap cafe. Very poor indeed.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and pleasant, and is ideally situated for exploring the old town of Laval. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We arrived on Bastille Day (14th July) and were treated to a massive firework display down by the river, which was only a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which was an added bonus to our overnight stay. Laval itself is a charming town and I would definitely stay here again. Nothing, it was lovely.

Good location. 5 minutes from historic city centre. Large room, nice decor, large bathroom. Hate being charge for parking. Although this was an underground garage anyone could have accessed it as the door was open throughout the day. Not sure about night-time as never checked.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix Très confortable Très bien situé Parking Multiples portes coupe-feu Dans chambre panoramique, la salle de bains est très grande et vide. Le lavabo est ridicule pour chambre familiale, aucun aménagement pour poser les trousses de toilettes ou autre. Sèche cheveux pas pratique car il faut laisser le doigt sur l'interrupteur pour que cela fonctionne.

Останавливался на три ночи. По счастливой случайности удалось забронировать номер с панорамным видом - номер оказался одним из лучших в отеле зи исключением люкса. Квадратура большая, плазменный ТВ, ванная огромная. Отличное расположегние, самый центр города Лаваль! Рядом (в двух минутах ходьбы) есть все, что необходимо для жизни. Вобщем я доволен. Персонал добрый и отзывчивый, только с английским у них проблемы, но все-таки мы смогли найти общий язык. Советую, не пожалеете. Рядом отличное кафе Cap Horn, отличные стейки и закуски, естественно пиво в разлив, цены радуют :) Лифт очень маленький. Мебель немного устарелая, но для 3* отеля вполне нормально.

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, pour ce qui est de la salle de bain le lavabo est un peu petit, le reste OK. Pour la qualité de l'hotel, le petit-déjeuner est très décevant : buffet réduit, salade de fruits très quelconque, choix des pains inexistant, etc. Il y a vraiment des progrès a faire.
