The first night the AC was not working at all and it was late when we discovered this, they refused to change the room so we had to spend the night and the next day we moved to another hotel. Very arrogant and rude staff. |

The hotel is in a fantastic, quiet location only a few minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. The room was a comfortable size and the furnishings were modern (I think the room we stayed in was room 35). |

Staff was nice, helpful, friendly and Asian welcome. The room was clean and bright with fridge and free internet. I extent to stay one more night in the hotel and they managed to give me the same room so I did not have to move. Nice stay and recommend this hotel Although I could not use the internet in the first night, the hotel staff help me to online on the next day.. |

Well well located hotel, close to metro station and also the Arc de Triomphe - 5 minutes walk. Rooms quite nice, though small (had a twin room) - clean and everything functioned well, including air conditioning. No specific problems - lift was small and a bit slow, but otherwise everything was fine. |

The only thing I can mention as being OK was the breakfast and the location of the hotel. The staff was TERRIBLE! Did not help at all. The air conditioning was controlled from the front desk and we could not sleep because it was HOT! The room and bathroom SUPER small and uncomfortable. Had to ask twice for extra pillow! It smelled like garbage in front of the hotel. |

Nothing. I changed to another hotel the next day. My single room was very small and the bathroom did not have a shower,,,it was only a drain in the middle of the bathroom with a shower hose on the wall, but No doors or curtain. The A/C did not work properlly and the room was HOT and was controlled from the reception in the lobby!!Unacceptable for a Best Western, which I thought had basic U.S. standards. |

Good hotel, good location for a decent price. Facilities are basic, but the room was very clean. Wifi worked well the first night but had some problems from then on. Not sure whether it was because of my equipment or the wifi itself though. |

i like the friendliness of all staffs. good services were given to us thus making the experience even more superb. the front desk staffs were very helpful and informative at the same time. good job! the room and bathroom both so clean and fresh. the bed is comfortable. it was just adding up to our great holiday! |

Close to Arc de Triomphe, easy access to Metro anywhere in Paris. Took a triple room nice and roomy and very clean Some noise can be heard from other rooms but otherwise very comfortable |
