Hotel ma doskonałą lokalizację: blisko metra i tuż obok Łuku Triumfalnego. Pokoje czyste, łazienka bez zarzutu - w pełni wyposażona i błyszcząca. Na wyposażeniu był czajnik, co bardzo się przydaje. Śniadanie doskonałe, choć jadalnia jest niewielkich rozmiarów więc w sezonie może być różnie ze stolikiem. Bardzo fajny hotel. Bez wątpienia zamieszkałbym ponownie.

W hotelu jest niewiele miejsca: mała jadalnia, mały pokój i mało miejsca na recepcji, ale to nie jest większy problem. Szkoda, że nie zaliczyli mi punktów za mile, twierdzili, że jak rezerwacja zrobiona była przez pośrednika, mile mi się nie należą...

Mała łazienka .Lokalizacja wc nie do przyjęcia ,nie zgodna z jakimi kolwiek standardami (pok 32).

The location

Staff were excellent..I booked single room and the room was very noisy and guy from reception changed my room for double room, much bigger and nicer...for the same price. Location is perfect, I did not have breakfast in hotel because there are a lot of bars and bakeries around.....

I did not like the area around reception, and also it smells bad when you enter the hotel....rooms are much nicer....everything looked much nicer on the pictures at internet page.

I was really surprised by the bathroom, big and seemed quite new. And also the little balcony, very nice..

Well-located, and the check-in/check-out procedures went smoothly. The room was reasonably quiet. No fuss or bother

The remote for the TV was missing. Room care was pretty sloppy. There was an extra bed in the room that I didn't ask for, which reduced the available floor-space to almost nothing. The elevator is a disaster waiting to happen. I could go on.

I liked in the hotel ; its location , free internet service , close to many nice places , the food was good .

I faced a problem during my last day stay . I make reservation from Nov. 9 - 14 . I finished my work in Paris Nov.12 , 2009 early . I informed the man in front disc that I`ll leave today morning . He charged me one extra night . I informed him that I came in the date , I did not change dates , No show night happened ,..... Like this problem of leaving early not clear in your instructions . He charged me extra night . The aim of the hotel man was how to get this night . He forget that I`m a customer , he has very tough and sad face . I informed him , O.K. I`ll pay and I`ll contact booking .com . If there are a point not clear in your instruction it should be for the guest side and later you add this point very clear in the instructions .

Fairly close to Metro station. Reception staff could speak good English and were very polite and knowlegdable of the places of interst in Paris and gave good directions.

Room was very tiny for the price.

Reception staff spoke good english and were extremely helpful. Room size was good for a triple room. Bathroom size was good too with the regular amenities like soap, shampoo etc (good quality).Breakfast was amazing with 3 varieties of eggs.Facility for making tea/coffee in the room (free), highly appreciated after a long and tiring day.

There were no hand towels and bathtub mats initially and when asked for the, receptionist provided. Next day after room cleaning, towels were again missing. My feeling is that the housekeeping wasn't very efficient.

smoking in the room was permitted and i smeld it also my invoice was a copy so now i can t be reemboursed thats a problem

The staff were friendly and helpful, The room was comfortable and the bathroom very nice. The lift was small but adequite. The location was excellent and good value for it situation

Breakfast was expensive and a set price so paid the same if you had a cooked breakfast or just tea and toast.

Location closed to the Fnac (Ternes) and closed to the center, just avoid certain rooms

My room (number 28) was quite small, too warm and quite noisy due to the air condifitiong machine outside
