The receptionist at the time that we arrived was very helpful in getting us information so that we could find our way around your city. The rooms are too thin-walled so every sound from other rooms could be heard - the shower running, the hairdryer going, the people talking and hearing the TV. |

Location was very good, staff were friendly and helpful. our room was like an oven during our stay and the temp control did not appear to be working. we had to sleep with the windows wide open even though it was freezing outside. the corridors and breakfast room were the same. |

I loved the staff. They were very polite and helpful during my stay. The room was a good size for Europe, and was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was great! |

It is well located. They had works done in the hotel. Noise started at 8 o'clock in the morning and ended at 10:30. Initialy I thought it was near the hotel, then I realised they were cuting tiles below our window .Reception seemed to be ok with this. |

we stayed on the first floor and it was extremely noisy but the hotel gladly moved us to a new room when we alerted them to the problem |

Good location. It says there is room service on the website, but there isn't. I wouldn't have stayed there if I had know that. The closet doors and sink taps didn't work very well in my room. |

Nabijheid centrum Het personeel (de receptionist) was absoluut niet vriendelijk. Hij maakte een fout bij het regelen van de kamer, en nadat ik hem daarop wees bood hij geen excuses aan. Hij kijk mij niet aan wanneer ik uitcheckte en gedag zei. Zeer onbeleefd. |
