In central Paris, between the Arc de Triomphe and the Palais des Congrès, half a mile from Champs Elysées, the Etoile Saint Ferdinand provides classic air-conditioned rooms.

Good location Value of money
very simple hotel
We had noisey neighbours but the manager instantly offered to move us if it became a problem. Friendly staff. Supermarket across the road had lovely pastries.
No kettle in the room. We could hear the water running through the pipes when other guests had their showers. The restaurants in the area were really expensive.
Good location, very convenice and quiet street.
The fire alarm that went off by mistake for 10 min. at 7 am on the 21st of August and woke the whole floor up and rendered all clients in a state of panic.
This place was nice and clean but very small room!
location is good , clean , comfort , morning staff helpfull
poor wifi system , small room , night shift staff not helpfull .
Friendly staff. Very welcoming Location excellent for bus to airport Free upgrade on arrival
Tea and coffee not replenished during trip
I will never forget the bed, and the window door, everything was fabulous, I've had a pleasant stay, workers there are so nice =)
I didn't like the food and drink prices there, abit to over priced
The proximity of the place to almost everything. The friendlines of the staff. Aimee your receptionist was a real gem, she‘s so welcoming and ever so helpful.
Thr price of the superior room for £120.00. I thought the room that was give to us was just a standard room
hotel is very good
didn't like wi fi, is aviable only one unit
Location. Location. Location!!! More than close to the metro and the bus station of the Air France shuttle from and to the CDG Airport. There is also supermarket and excellent bakery right near the hotel. 10 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées.
It was no connection between the pictures of the room on the web site of the hotel and the room we had got.
Close to Porte Maillot, 24 hour reception, man on front desk very helpful
Tiny room, minuscule lift, wifi signal poor and only allowed one device
Staff was more than helpful. Receptionist was very pleasant, gave lots of good advises, etc. Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast.
Location was perfect. The only good thing I could say is that the water was hot!
Small room - could not sit down at desk as bed in the way. The bathroom - toilet to close to wall made sitting a problem. Shower head would not fit in the bracket in the wall so sprayed straight at your face. There is plenty more choice in Paris. No way I would take my wife to this hotel
The staff were really helpful and the service excellent, which is rare in Paris. Exceptionally I was able to check in in the morning as the room was ready early. The breakfast was good although it was rather expensive.
I was travelling on business so I didn't mind, but the location is not ideal for a holiday or anyone looking for a romantic weekend - next to a huge roundabout and many busy roads quite far away from the city centre - lacks charm. The Wifi connection was unreliable and kept disconnecting frequently. Minor point, but the bins weren't emptied during my stay. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. If I had been paying, I would have expected more considering the price of the room.
good location, close to public transport. comfortable and clean room. the personnel very hepful, especially the front desk girls. the brekfast room was intimately and discreetly. we very much enjoyed our staying at this residence.
breakfast, not included in the room price, pretty expensive. sound insulation was not so good.
Came to Paris for a medical conference at the Palais de Conference. The hotel is located at walking distance to conference centre. Also just 3 minutes walk to the metro, which is the main line for major city attractions.
The location is excellent with convenient access to the Air France Bus. The bed was super comfortable, and the bath towels and bath amenities were appreciated.
The mini frig was not operable. The breakfast was too expensive for such few choices especially the cold eggs and almost raw bacon.
Excellent location - it's walking distance to L'Arc de Triomphe. I also like its proximity to Porte Maillot with its shops, restaurants and good transport links. The staff were efficient and helpful. The room was a decent size by Paris standards. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure.
The price is higher than expected for this type of hotel, but then all the hotels in Central Paris seem to be over-priced due to several major events. The breakfast room is in the basement, which I didn't like, I opted to go to one of the many cafés outside instead.
Breakfast was expensive and poor experience
location to conference centre free wifi
EXPENSIVE ++++ terrible value for money shower didnt work properly stained carpets 3 euro for a coke from the mini bar
