Friendly people and very good restaurant. Nature burst into your room. The room should be more equipt and maybe renovated.

Absolutely brilliant location on the bajks of the river, so you could swim or canoe in the vicinity. Very nice rooms and meals were excellent. Really helpful staff. Only downside was it was a little on the expensive side.

The room was wonderful with a beautiful riverside view. It's a shame the weather wasn't better, but i'm sure the pool would have been great if it had been warm enough to swim! The staff were very friendly, and very helpful. The only thing I didn't really think was value for money was the breakfast. It seemed pretty expensive for what you got, although if you were downstairs early enough I think the choice was better!

We reworked our trip so we could stay at this hotel given the beautiful pictures on the Booking.com website. It was as lovely as pictured. The surroundings are fantastic and the views from the public and individual rooms are great. Nice gourmet restaurant as well. A wonderful stay. The hallways were a little dark (wallpaper and carpet, etc) giving a kind of institutional look. Small quibble though given what an overall lovely place this was. Unfortunately we had cold weather the night we were there and couldn't dine on their lovely terrace--hardly the hotel's fault, though.

It has an excellent restaurant!! And staff was really nice. Our "privilege" room didn't have a very big window and we found it a little bit expensive (quality/price). Breakfast is expensive too.

Very Comfortable, Very nice bed. Fantastic Views Advert said there was a heated swimming pool. It didn't say that there would be no water in it in Mid April. This was a great disappointment and was one of the reasons we booked it.

Menukeuze is nogal beperkt.

“Fantastic location remote high up in the Cevenne, but the hotel was warm and friendly. A big room and lovely bathroom. A lift to help with luggage. A huge garden and a swimming pool and very helpful staff. Gardens to rear and a lovely river at the front where you could sit on the terrace in front of the hotel and watch the world go by. However, the highlight was the food. We had no idea that the evening meal would be created by a marvellous chef called Daniel. The food was superb, and even if you had what would be called the "tourist" menu, the choices were amazing, and the food and it's presentation was amazing. I would go back to the hotel, and this simple little village again if I had the opportunity.” Peter, Caringbah |
