The master bedroom was spacious and had a super king size bed. The apartment also had 2 bathrooms with baths and showers.

There was no comfortable seating area and there was a lack of crockery.

The breakfast was good.

The toilet in the room didnt work and I had to repair it myself as they didnt, the room smelled strongly of smoking even as a non smoking room.

The studio style room was good. Ease of parking.

Should supply cloths for kitchen area. Worried about hygiene of utensils if reliant on previous guest to clean. Terrible cobwebs above bed.

The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. I would recommend this to anyone wanting easy access to the ski slopes and withing walking distance to the village.

Friendly staff, good location, nice rooms with two bathrooms, fair price, the pool was a nice plus.

Breakfast room was too small for the hotel, it needed more tables and chairs.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They all seemed to speak perfect English too! Nice to have a pool to relax in after a hard day's skiing

The sofa bed in the Studio was incredibly uncomfortable... we ended up putting the mattress on the floor!

Warm and comfortable for a budget hotel. Easy reach of Morillon shops restaurants and ski lift. Good parking. Friendly and helpful staff especially locating a doctor for a five year old. Wonderful views from room 107. Probably even better from side rooms facing the mountains. Would probably go for one of the apartments next time. Had a really good time.

The noise from the through road was a bit annoying but didn't spoil our stay. Did feel the bedroom and bathroom could have had a more thorough clean. No pillow case on first night but too tired to complain or ask for one! It was very obvious that the mirror in the bathroom needed to be cleaned but was not done all the time we were there. Had to ask Reception for clean towels and toilet paper but Reception staff very helpful. Carpet could have been vacuumed each day especially as there were two young children and two adults between rooms 105 and 107.

The night staff was very accommodation . I give them an excellent rating

The morning staff was rude. I got in late . Missed breakfast by a few minutes. Just wanted coffee. Nobody to help me. I went and made a cup. The staff appeared and yelled at me for not asking first. I explained I had been waiting for over ten minutes. On check out they charged me for two cups of coffee. The wi fi did not work. I figured for the major inconvenience of paying for wi fi that was not working, they could have thrown in a cup of coffee

Great staff, friendly service. Hotel facilities are new and very clean. The pool is great. The rooms are small but very nice, bathroom is perfect. Parking and ski room are very convenient.

Wireless is very crappy and not usable most of the time. Tv was not connected in our room but we were all day out skiing so it wasnt a problem for us.

Room was spacious. Location was fantastic for skiing. Staff was friendly. Access to a game room area was nice.

The room was a bit dated and there were several broken fixtures. We had a suite with a kitchen, but no dish soap or sponge for washing dishes was included.

Two of the 3 reception staff were brilliant; very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff also vey attentive.

Most unconfortable bed I have ever slept in (and I travel on business around 2 days per week)

Great helpful staff. Went the extra mile to ensure we had a good stay and felt like regular visitors eventhough we were only booked in for 1 night.

Good location and handy for a 1 night stopover before we stayed in Samoens, apartment well fitted out, clean and modern. Would recommend this to a small family we had our 9 & 6 year olds and they loved the bunks and swimming pool. Good value for money. In ski season if you want to eat out book a table no chance of walking in for a table as all are booked.

The pool would have benefitted from being a couple of degrees warmer but thats more personal taste, kids loved it.

Staff were Excellent, very helpful and Polite.

I think the prices are rather high considering the location. This hotel is not on the slopes, so you need a car. Also other hotels were pretty booked up. This hotel was completely empty. On our first night there was only one other room occupied , and i think that is down to the price.
