The staff was fantastic, always smiling and very helpful. The room was large, well furbished and comfortable. The hotel is well located, in a quiet area but only a couple of minutes away from city center. Really a great experience for our little family (we have a 2 years old daughter). The swimming pool water was a too cold and there was no area for little children (minimum depth is 1 meter). |

The large bedroom was clean and comfortable (although only two pillows for double bed). Quite a distance (and uphill) to walk from beach and restaurants. Breakfast disorganised (no greeting or apparent staff supervision) and very poor value if only a light breakfast wanted. |

Clean and spacious room, the hotel has good facilities, and is close to the centre of Trouville. Overall the hotel was excellent, close the shops, restaurants and seafront. The room would have benefitted from climate control or grills on the windows for a ground floor location. |

the exterior of thehotel was wonderful and our bedroom was a good size. The hotel was situated close to the centre of Trouville. It was horrendously expensive for quite basic amenties. The room was large but there were no comfortable sofas or chairs - no mini bar - no film channel - no sugar for the most basic of coffee making facilities - no bath sheets. The downstairs bar was unlit and unmanned at 10 o'clock. We had paid for luxury accommodation but got the most basic. |

The room with its balcony was small but extremely clean had an excellent bathroom and a fantastic view. The breakfast mainly consisted of bread, not even different types. |

Perfectly placed just off the beaten track of the most exciting quai in Trouville near the Brasserie Central. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Very relaxing. |

Close to the sea and the town. The pool and spa facilities were very good. Excellent breakfast but a bit expensive. Room not cleaned properly during stay. |

Location was good, room was large, good heating system. There was no shower curtain on the bath, and no shower hook. This made it difficult to shower. |

Nice room, close to everything. It sounds like the hotel is located on the channel but of course it's not. Couldn't even see the channel but should have known that. |

situation de l'hôtel. personnel réception bien, personnel petit déjeuner le matin pas dégourdi. réservation pour une chambre calme prestige. résultat chambre face ascenseur avec bruit jusqu'a 2H30 du matin et baignoire sans balnéo. |

La proximité avec la ville / la mer. Jacuzzi principal Hors Service pendant notre week-end. De plus nous avions pris une chambre privilège. Pour presque 200 € de plus, le jacuzzi dans la chambre n'était qu'un bain à remous standard. Le mécanisme étant cassé, nous n'en avons pas profité. Mal isolé : beaucoup de bruit même la nuit. Odeur dans la chambre : cigarette. |
