The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice and tidy. The indoor pool is not large but sufficient for families with small kids, clean and friendly. The hotel is positioned in the city centre (not close to the beach). The access to shops, restaurants and to Deauville is easy. The parking lot is a big relief in the small and tiny streets. A minibar in the room would be nice. The distance to the beach requires some walking.

We were extremely happy with the room, facilities and location. We would definitely use the hotel again and would highly recommend it to our travellers. Great value for money. It was impossible to get a snack in the bar at 9.00 pm.

A great hotel! We were there for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The pool and spa area were good - quite small but clean and great to relax in. Breakfast was pleasant although a bit pricey. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Good location too - a short walk to the cafes and restaurants and about 10 mins to the beach.

J'ai trouvé dans l'ensemble cet établissement très agréable ; bel hotel , façade fleurie parking facile chambre grande avec très belle salle de bains literie impeccable balcon. La seule critique porte sur le petit déjeuner cher et très ordinaire.

My kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The hotel is close to the city center. The free parking was a great asset. The room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. We really appreciated the flexibility of the hotel allowing our children to stay in the same room with two additional beds. The bar was rather old fassioned and expensive. The pool table was old and worn out. Breakfast should be included in the price.

For an overnight stay it was a little bit expensive but all hotels in the area seem to be in or around the same price. It is very centrally located - only a few minutes from the main street of restaurants. Good to have car parking on site Breakfast at €14.50 is too expensive for what is on offer. Was a little surprised at the lack of a bar and restaurant.

Clean, warm, welcoming bedroom after arrival in snowstorm at 2300 with instant hot bath available. 4 euros each for a poor cup of coffee late at night compared with 3.50 euros for a delicious large cup with hot milk and biscuits at 11am at the Best Western Dauphin in Caen two days later.

L'hotel est très agréable, et bien situé. Les chambres sont très propres et l'accueil laisse un bon souvenir. L' accès parking gratuit est un plus, et très appréciable. J'ai choisi l'hotel en fonction de sa localisation et de ses équipments. Tout c'est très bien déroulé, la salle de fitness est une deception (petite, peu lumineuse, peu équipée). Mais le cadre est très plaisant, une balade au bord de la plage nous fait oublier cette seule fausse note.

Nous avons séjourné le we du 15 Octobre. Nous avons aimé la grande chambre très joliment décorée avec lit King size et baignoire balnéo, le spa (avec piscine intérieure, jacuzzi, hammam, et sauna), et la situation de l'hôtel en retrait de la rue principale, donc au calme. Le bar est sensé être ouvert 24h/24, néanmois nous n'avons trouvé aucun barman pour nous servir un verre vers 23h. Autre déception, pour le prix du petit dej', on est en droit d'attendre des viennoiseries moins sèches... Cependant, le jus d'orange pressé est très appréciable.

Accueil très chaleureux et convivial, bonnes adresses conseillées pour les restaurants, accès piscine, hammam tout au long de la journée et même le jour du départ, bagagerie disponible toute la journée, petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix, chambre toute neuve, matelas de très bonne qualité, calme de l'hôtel car en retrait de la ville et on peut se déplacer à pied, parking gratuit , belétablissment très bon séjour !!!

Nous étions un couple avec un adolescent, nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel, à l'arrivée l'acceuil, une belle chambre, la piscine, le sauna, le hammam, le soir pouvoir profiter du bar et du billard en rentrant d'une promenade en ville, le matin avec un petit déjeuner diversifié et un service rapide... Un bon week end, nous reviendrons merci Ce n'est pas une critique mais plutot une suggestion, un petit canapé même un simple 2 places dans la chambre aurait été un plus pour apprécier encore mieux le confort de la chambre.

L'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et très disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées ; la literie est de bonne qualité. L'hotel a été rénové très récemment et les chambres sont décorées avec goût. Sa situation est idéale (5 mns à pied du centre ville). Le buffet du petit déjeuner propose un large choix mais son prix reste élevé (14,50 €). Le nombre de places de parking est insuffisant au regard du nombre de chambres.
