Nice balcony, clean

Room small, breakfast not best selection, lift old, area bit scummy, staff told my mum she was not allowed to use toilet in the lobby and only in her room!

Very small room and difficulty to use the WC because of the bathroom layout.

Location is convenient; breakfast very generous; lunchpacket was a welcome surprise.

Close to the train station and also very close to the bus stop for the Lignes d'Azur bus to the mountains. It was just across the road. We stayed overnight and it was perfect for overnight before going up the mountains. Good breakfast. Very pleasant staff.

it is a very good location for whom can go by train, because it is very close. The staff are very gentle and the room is clean. But if you dont need to stay next to the train station it better to choose another neighbourhood. Thanks.

Lovely room, comfortable bed . Tea/coffee making facilities, fridge. Welcome drink, early breakfast organised and lunch box to take away. Easy to access the sights of Nice and close to train station. All good.

Great location, only 10 min from the beach of Nice on foot. Great service, the staff was helpful and friendly.

the location was good as it is close to central Nice and the railway station.

the bathroom was too small and the WC seat was damaged and coming off its hinges. also the towels were very small.

Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was easy to find and close to parking. It was an easy walk to the center of Nice.

The room was on a noisy street and not very insulated for sound. There were no extra pillows. The egg machine didn't work and the breakfast was quite ordinary.

This hotel was indeed excellent. Very close to the railway station. It was a real bonus to have welcome drink on arrival and the packed lunch was very much appreciated. Our room was very nice and even though other reviewers commented on the smallness of the rooms we did not find this with room 501 and it had a small balcony as well. Norbert the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and very polite and cheerful. He arranged for a taxi back to the airport.

Everything was brilliant about this hotel. Even the free breakfast was adequate for our needs. Plenty of bread and pastries etc.

Breakfast and pack lunch daily were included in price. Proximity to Gare Nice de Ville (train station) and terminus for 99 bus to airport.

Breakfast was a little bland. There is a need for some hot food to cater for tastes other than European continental citizens. Also, the provision of fresh fruit would also be welcome at breakfast. Hotel is situated on Ave Thiers which street is somewhat seedy in atmosphere, sex businesses and hustlers are in evidence.

The house keeper knocked the door at 11:55 am at the date of check out. And rudely asked Me to leave the room immediately.. At the same time reception called and talked very rudely. She told me if i dont leave the room immediately she will charge. she was extremely rude.. i left the room at 12:03 in a hurry..

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent 2min away from train station, specially that we didn't have a car we we moved across the "cote". All accommodations and services are available, coffee and tea in the room, WIFI, TV, conditioning, closet and shoe racks. Having the breakfast included in the room rate made the value for money good compared to other rates within the city. Lunch box offered daily by the hotel are excellent idea and good quality.

Rooms are small. We changed room, the WIFI signal in the second room was poor.

The location was far from the beach and main area and was quite a walk each day. Also, although it was near and convenient to the train station, it was located in a rough area which was unpleasant to walk around especially at night.

Near the Gare Nice Ville

The smallest, but the most expensive in my trip from Italy to France, unworthy!
