We had a great stay in this hotel. Having got a good deal from Booking.com when we arrived we were given a small room above the heating ducts but reception changed it with no problems and our second room had a view of the mountains and a balcony. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The breakfasts were superb. The hotel was within a few minutes walk of the town, which was ideal, and there were many good restaurants. It was our first trip to Annecy and won't be our last. We'd have no hesitation in staying at this hotel on our next trip. The hotel car park is quite a tight fit, but once in no problems. |

safe and close to city center just a short wal. underground car park was a joke large spaces with small cars in, small spaces left for larger cars this aspect could be managed better.not everone has the driving skills of a rally car driver with a normal size car. |

The hotel was ok , well located. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking in the basement was very small and it was very difficault ( and maybe dangerous) to manipulate the car inside. |

Its proximity to the train station and to the city center, as well as its special price. Yes, when we tried to check in at 2:00pm, the room was not yet ready. We got into our room at almost 3:00pm. We actually arrived in the morning and requested for an early check-in, but were told to return at 2:00p.m.. .I also tried to borrow an electronic adopter for my laptop but it was not available (all their outlets are 2-forked but my laptop's plug is 3-forked.) |

Very nice, english speaking hostesses in the reception. Clean and tidy at the hotel. Quiet room. Good bed. Approx. 15 min. walk to the center of Annecy. Very good breakfast. Parkingplace can be a problem. |

The staff were helpful and friendly. When we couldn't find a parking space they let us use a piece of hotel ground for the night. All staff we encountered spoke excellent English if anyone is worried about the language barrier. Very basic rooms - old TV's have been replaced by flat-screens but the shelves and damaged walls the old sets sat on are still there. Very scrappy. Our room stank of sewage so we asked for another and the excellent staff took in in their stride. We were soon in a much fresher room. |

Nothing !! Only the short distance to the city was atractiv. Poor service, poor in foreign languages, poor parking places and not organised, poor restaurant, no clean towels in five days. |

Excellent parking despite not being able to reserve Very basic hotel, smell of drains inside, small room, very noisy with traffic in the morning and building works-drilling very loud in the hotel about 8am! Luckily we were awake already. OK walk but about 15 min to old town/lake etc |

The rates and the proximity to both the city and the main road (in and out of the city). Staffs looked cold initially but was friendly and helpful once you speak to them. They upgraded us to a bigger room and even waved our parking charges! The room was a little old. But really just a little. Therefore, the room 'looks' a little dirty even though it was cleaned. |
