Good location - Friendly staff and good facilities. Room was clean and modern with fresh linen. Bar and restaurant quite expensive. |

Clean rooms and provision of a safe There was a terrible smell in the lift and the floor we were on. Thankfully it was not in the room. We were told it was coming from the garage but no apology or regret was expressed the smell disappeared on the 3rd day but returned on the 4th |

Excellent parking despite not being able to reserve Very basic hotel, smell of drains inside, small room, very noisy with traffic in the morning and building works-drilling very loud in the hotel about 8am! Luckily we were awake already. OK walk but about 15 min to old town/lake etc |

Good location near city center. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Sound proofing not very good; hotel is near a busy street (exit to motorway) and all car noise can be hear very well |

The rates and the proximity to both the city and the main road (in and out of the city). Staffs looked cold initially but was friendly and helpful once you speak to them. They upgraded us to a bigger room and even waved our parking charges! The room was a little old. But really just a little. Therefore, the room 'looks' a little dirty even though it was cleaned. |

good quality/price ratio. The room has a convenient desk and chair, where it's possible to do some paper work and use the PC. Free WIFI. Difficult to find parking space in the area. |

The hotel seems to pride itself on the fact that their parking is reserved for the Ministry of Agriculture (also during evenings and weekends). I would not have booked this hotel if I had known there was no parking available. Room was smoking despite requesting a non- smoking room. |
