Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The decoration was very nice, much better than the photos. We recommend this hotel.

The close proximity to the town centre of Biarritz and yet in a quiet part of town. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

We required a family room for ourselves and two teenage daughters. The room(s) provided were ideal. In essence we had two linked rooms, but the second bedroom only accessible though the first. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable with plenty of room/storage space. Each room had a its own bathroom. Located about ten minutes walk from town centre shopping and maybe 15 from the main beach, it was close enough to take advantage of the lively bars and restaurants, but far enough out to be quiet late at night. Breakfast was adequate with an option of either full buffet or 'express' - essentially just coffee & croissants. A nice touch was that room service supplied 4 small bottles of water each day.

Parking in Biarritz in August is a bit of a nightmare and the hotel had no space for us in their rear car park. We had to park in a public multi-storey in the town 15 minutes walk away and 15 Euros per day. We'd have been happy to pay that for the flexibility of a guaranteed spot at the hotel.

It was clean and served our purposes for a two day trip to Biarritz.

There is no airconditioning--I should've paid closer attention to the hotel description, but it was incredibly hot and the small fan did very little to cool the room, which was really, really hot.

Very friendly staff and lots of help with directions and parking, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The room was very noisy at the front and the floor needed sweeping after we had been to the beach the first day, there was still sand on the floor the following evening.

Very central, 5 minute walk to beach. On site parking, nice breakfast. Accommodation basic, but clean. Great for overnight. Reception very helpful, spoke good English.

The location was excellent for our stay, but was spoilt by local traffic noise during the night

Despite the discount obtained by booking through booking.com it was overpriced.

Good location for airport,town centre and beaches.The hotel is very stylish,contempory.The room I had had a lovely balcony with furniture for al fresco breakfast and drinks. The room also very nicely decorated giving it a very airy,beachhouse type feel

Although it wasn't hot while we were there we noted that there was no airconditioning or fan in our room and the room was over a busy street abd noisy with the window open,

Il existe 2 établissements face à face de la rue. Alors que le site ne montre que l'un deux avec de grandes chambres (20m2), nous avons été logé dans l'autre (facade type rouge basque) avec des chambres exigües et sans ajustement de prix. Faites vous bien préciser l'établissement au préalable.
