Wonderful room with large external terrace well worth the extra for superior. The hotel which has been tastefully refurbished to a very modern style is a short walk to beaches and the town centre. There is an excellent restaurant very close by. |

Excellent location and value for money Could be slightly improved by air conditioning but the lack of it wasn't the end of the world (although not sure what it would be like at the height of summer!) |

Very friendly staff, carefree professional presentation. The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance of cenral Biaritz the shops bars and beaches. The room was spotlessley clean but very WHITE (everyhting was ultra modern and dazzling white). There was secure parking for our vehicle and although our room overlooked a busey street there was no noise or nuisance at night. We thought it was very competively priced and considered it to be good value. |

My wife and I found that the hotel appears to have been designed as a type of boutique hotel in that the room was fitted out in a very modern minimalist way although that did not take from the its cleanliness and general comfort. The facility to get a bus directly to the airport from outside the hotel was a bonus. The price per room at €115 for Sept and €85 for October we regarded as high when compared to the rates charged by other hotels in the vicinity. There did not appear to be anyone in overall charge as the staff seemed too move between it and its sister hotel the Amaia. Furthermore as we had to check out at 11.00 am and our flight was not until 6.40 p.m.there was no proper facility provided for us for changing. The breakfast hot food was cold and we did not partake after the first morning as we did not consider it value for money at €0 per head. These matters were brought to the attention of the management at the hotel. |

The location was perfect - close to walk to centre of Biarrtiz and beaches, yet in a client spot so no noisy traffic etc On arrival the receptionist had made a mistake with our booking and said they were expecting us the day before - when i showed them our booking comfirmation they seemed like they didn't believe us, however i later received an apology once they'd looked into it and said it was their fault. Also i booked a premier luxury room as i liked the look of it in the photos - in particular the freestanding, double bath behind the bed. Our room did look like the pictures, however the bathroom didn't - we had the bog standard bath fitted against the wall, not freestanding, so a little disappointed about that. |

The very friendly and courteous owners booked us in. Their Manager highlighted where we were on a map & the way to the beach and town centre etc. He recommended 2 restaurants – one 100 meters away & Restaurant Albert on the beach. The food is very good in both. Albert’s is top of the range and pricier. The Kemaris is very friendly and spotlessly clean. We had a superior room with large bed and big balcony. Our taxi to a Rugby game was overdue by 15 minutes. The manager drove us himself for free. We loved Biarritz because of the scenery, beach, restaurants and the friendliness of the people and the Hotel. Our policy is to holiday in different places. . We feel that Biarritz is calling us back. Would have liked a small bar in the Hotel but the local restaurant is only 100 meters away. We had a drink there most nights on our way home. |

Very nice hotel, with an excellent english speaking staff. Short walking distance to the beaches, shops and bars. The rooms were light, modern and comfortable, with very nice bathrooms. Right across the street is a nice restaurant that serves good steak and chocolate cake. |

Really nice new hotel, just 10 min. walk from closest beach. It´s in the best part of the town. Good breakfast. We missed just a shower curtain or something to keep the water away from the whole bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect. |
