The room was amazing and the swimming pool a super extra after a working day. Having to go outside to get to the main part of the hotel and the heating system.

It has all I need before I catch a plane for England It is a good caraveranserai for a holiday trip where you need good communications. Very good at arranging taxis.

The bedroom was large and very comfortable. The breakfast and the one dinner we had was good. We would stay again as it is near where our son lives - but not at the weekend as you don't offer dinner. We didn't like the fact that the hotel didn't offer dinner at weekends. There was no coffee, tea, sugar or milk available in the bedroom and none could be offered from reception.

Le serveur et le repas du soir. Je suis allé dans ce Best Western car j'ai une carte de fidélité et je suis souvent sur la route. C'est le plus moche et le plus sale de tous les Best Western que j'ai occupé. Personnel d'accueil aimable comme une porte de prison et les chambres sont indignes de cette gamme d'hôtel !!! Si je dois retourner dans cette ville je prendrai un autre hôtel malgré ma carte de fidélité.

Paikassa ei muuta hyvää kuin sijainti messualueen reunalla. Lähellä McDonaldsia (50 m), sai ravintolapalveluja 24h Mäkkäriltä. Oma ravintola surkea Kiskurihinta messujen ainana 350€/vrk eli yli kolminkertainen normaaliin verrattuna. Tuskin kolmen tähden hotelli. Osa huoneista 3. kerroksessa. Pitää olla terve ja hyväkuntoinen, että selviää ylös huojuvia portaita. Huoneen lämpötilan säätö keskitetty( mukamas tietokoneohjattu) respaan. Muutoksia sai anella sieltä. Toteutuksen hyvyys vaihteli sen mukaan kuka sattui respassa olemaan. Kylppärissä pyyhkeen kuivain rikki. Tekniikka ja kalusteet halpahallista. Aamupala jsut a joke Taso ja toteutus tyypillisesti best western (ännä worst western). Tämän ja aiempien kokemusten perusteella BW vain jos muuta ei saatavilla.

Le calme et le confort. L'aéroport situé à proximité ne gêne pas du tout les résidents. Le service du personnel. Le buffet du petit déjêuner. La proximité de certains lieux de visites (Rennes - vieille ville; St Malo; Mont St Michel; ...). La raison de notre séjour (3 nuités) : fête chez des amis français à Laillé. Nous en avons profité pour visiter un peu la région. Nous avons apprécié également l'espace acceuil (fauteuils, tv, Wifi, ...) Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu en profiter plus. Dommage que le restaurant est fermé durant le mois d'août.

La piscine, la tranquillité (malgré l'aéroport proche), l'aménagement, le petit déjeuner excellent, le Patio, la qualité de l'accueil. Très mauvaise signalétique pour accéder à l'endroit, heureusement notre gps connaissait l’hôtel.

La gentillesse du responsable de nuit. Froid, impersonnel, mal pratique avec des chambres loin de la réception, il faut avancer sous la pluie pour les rejoindre, l'escalier plein d'eau, l'éclairage des chambres violent, le petit déjeuner à 12€ trop cher et c'est loin de la ville.Pour un Best Western, ce n'est pas top et ne mérite pas du tout 3 étoiles.
