The bedroom was large and very comfortable. The breakfast and the one dinner we had was good. We would stay again as it is near where our son lives - but not at the weekend as you don't offer dinner. We didn't like the fact that the hotel didn't offer dinner at weekends. There was no coffee, tea, sugar or milk available in the bedroom and none could be offered from reception.

my husband enjoyed the pool. The meal we had was good. convenient to airport very small room. a bit soul-less. room was too hot and perhaps not safe to leave window open all night. girl at reception was not helpful re directions for Nantes, nearby roundabout does not specify Nantes, I lost half an hour driving around.

the night porter was most helpful as we arrived after midnight. We only had one towel in the bathroom, there was only one teabag in the beverage facilities in the room!! The night porter found 2 more towels and 2 more teabags. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked but generally ideal for a one night stopover. We did not have the time to use any of the other facilities or have breakfast either! Early in the morning there were heavy vehicles moving outside the hotel as I believe it is next to an industrial area!

It has all I need before I catch a plane for England It is a good caraveranserai for a holiday trip where you need good communications. Very good at arranging taxis.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Rennes-Saint Jacques Airport, practical when having an early flight. It would have been nice to have a mini bar in the room.

La gentillesse du responsable de nuit. Froid, impersonnel, mal pratique avec des chambres loin de la réception, il faut avancer sous la pluie pour les rejoindre, l'escalier plein d'eau, l'éclairage des chambres violent, le petit déjeuner à 12€ trop cher et c'est loin de la ville.Pour un Best Western, ce n'est pas top et ne mérite pas du tout 3 étoiles.

magnifique hotel, le personnel est très accueillant. en ce qui concerne les chambres rien a redire très très grande (facile d'accès pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant), grande propreté partout une bonne odeur dans la chambre en arrivant. l'hotel a un super restaurant cuisine très bonne peu onéreuse. le petit dejeuner etait super a volonté salé sucré il y avait de tout! on garde un très bon souvenir de cet hotel, il y a egalement une piscine a l'intérieure :) et la possibilité d'acheter les maillots sur place bref un régal, on avait aussi accès a internet gratuitement et un grand écran plat dans la chambre!

Le serveur et le repas du soir. Je suis allé dans ce Best Western car j'ai une carte de fidélité et je suis souvent sur la route. C'est le plus moche et le plus sale de tous les Best Western que j'ai occupé. Personnel d'accueil aimable comme une porte de prison et les chambres sont indignes de cette gamme d'hôtel !!! Si je dois retourner dans cette ville je prendrai un autre hôtel malgré ma carte de fidélité.

La chambre tranquille Matelas en latex à l'envers (le dessous était dessus ) 11€ pour un chien sans histoire ,qui ne bouge pas et qui a son panier de voyage , c'est un peu beaucoup !
