The hotel staff were very pleasant, helpful and informative, room was clean, decent size bathroom, breakfast good. One lift was out of action all the time we were there...arriving on a sunday there was no restaurant service and the nearest place to get a bite to eat is a good 20 minutes walk to town centre ok if you are fit and can walk but not good for those who have difficulty with walking etc. |

Comfortable spacious room. In our room on the top floor, we could hear some noise from air conditioner or similar equipment. |

Big room with big bathroom. Good price for this kind of quality. Breakfest could be served until noon and not only until 10 a.m.;-) |

It was great to have the pool and certainly the accommodation was good; reception staff helpful. One of two lifts remained out of order; could have a more varied dinner menu. |

Choose this hotel only if you are going to use the POOL...alot. This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at since I was a poor college student. At 130 Euro a night, it was more expensive than the quaint hotels my collegues stayed at in the center of town. "Luxury rooms" as described is a far stretch. For example, my bed felt like an old dorm bed, and, the sitting area was no better than a folding chair and table. |

The friendliness of the staff and relaxed ambiance whilst being very close to the city centre Directions for finding the hotel were vague, hence we were lost in the city in trying to find it. |

Large room with v large kingsize bed and enough space for an additional single bed for our young son. The bed was big enough that all 4 of us could have fit in it (we have 2 young children). Air-conditioning, which was needed at the time of year we visited. Location - its too far away from the town centre and the train station, on a very uninteresting road, and there are other hotels that were in a much better location. We booked the hotel because of the swimming pool but in the end didn't use it so we'd have been better staying somewhere with a better location - if you choose the hotel because of the pool, be sure you'll use it! Strange smell in the room, which we couldn't identify. |
