A great hotel. Lovely, large room, very clean and well decorated. This hotel is very good value for money. We shall be returning. Very nice staff too. The restaurant was closed due to a flood. Of course, not the hotel's fault, but we had to drive into the city centre late in order to have something to eat after a very long journey. |

We really enjoyed using the pool, and the room was huge - very good deal for the price. Tried to get us to pay for the overnight parking even though they didn't tell us there was a fee until we checked out. However, we didn't end up paying since we didn't know about the fee until just then. Bit of a walk from downtown - nice if you have a car. |

the room was larger than we had anticipated. The staff was friendly. The food at their restaurant was very good. They charged us less than we had planned on paying. Not a nice neighborhood. Bars and iron gates on every business there. We felt very uncomfortable walking around. But the worst was the lack of cleanliness. I wanted to use the electric kettle and found it filled with mold. Being concerned about bacteria, I cleaned the doorknobs and light switches with a wipe. It came out FILTHY. The shower curtain had mold on it. |

Good sized rooms, free wifi, large bathroom, good location! The AC unit was very noisy and did not work well. The room became very warm in the day and took very long to cool down. |

Safe, clean and comfortable and with a decent swimming pool area. It is a good 15 minutes walk to the city so too far out to really enjoy Aix. It is also in the middle of a car sales area so very unattractive. And by comparison with what Aix has to offer the hotel restaurant was more like a motorway services - not bad but uninsipiring and underground. For the location/experience it is too expensive. |

La Galice is a 15 minute walk away from the hectic city center area and it was really pleasant to get back to it after a day of dealing with the crowds in old town. The restaurant was pleasant and had a nice assortment of items to choose from. The staff works hard to make your stay an enjoyable one. La Galice manages to maintain a personality while keeping modern amenities. |

I love the TV of this hotel. They offer variety of TV program and Its HD which give very clear picture. The hotel located near the center of AIX which is very convenient to find food. I don't like the bed of this hotel. It too much soft. not good for my back. |

Although sited about 8 mins from centre of town, very quiet, suited us,non threatening area would recommend. Our French is limited but we had no trouble most of the staff spoke very good English. Yes, the very cold water in the pool. |
