None of my preferences was satisfied.I asked the top floor room but I was given one on the first floor. It was a smokers room and everiyhing smelled tobacco even a bed linen. Not sound proof at all. I had I very clear idea what were all my neighbours doing that night. The cleaning stuff was very noisy. Probably they decide when you should get up in the morning. I also asked for a double bed but I was given 2 singles. Then the cleaning lady came at 11.45 to make me leave the room (the check out time was 12m). She didnt care about the no disturb door sign. I also asked for 1 hour later check out. First it was free and 5 minutes later it cost 20e.
The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The underground parking was appreciated. Nice to have the king sided bed.
The food in the restaurant was very poor. No seasoning, meat well fine when ordered rare. Lots of people complaining. The wait staff was good and it wasn't their fault.
in lieu of reservation non smoking room with double bed its was smoking room with 2 small beds(((((((
huge kingsize bed
A little far from the center - but well not much more than a 15 min walk
Spacious, comfortable updated very clean room. Secure parking in garage with direct elevator access to hotel.
Very poor wifi
Excellent bed, good Wifi, bath. Very good breakfast
Parking cost 10€ extra
The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was really nice beyond my imagination. Definitely will stay here anytime I'm in Aix an Provence
Everything was likeable and what you are looking for in a hotel
Hotel was just what we expected...Not to busy but not to far from center of town. There was a supermarket just a block away.
Carpet in the hallways where very dirty..
the restaurant was closed
Location - 20 minutes walk from the city centre. Car Park available. Good quality wi-fi. Nice bed.
No coffee making facilities in the room.
The availability of the Staff, cleanliness of the room, excellent breakfast. Ideal for a stop solo or with family. Well located, close to railway station.
We asked for early check-in and waited a few hours, but the young man at reception was very helpful. The young lady that assisted him was quite abrupt and told us there was no way to get into the room before 2:00. The young man accommodated us and we gained access to the room at 12:30.
The professionalism of the young lady was lacking and she should have been more courteous to paying guests.
Breakfast far too expensive ! No space to off load baggage from car which would have enabled to have learned the complexities of the garage system and codes thus avoiding a frustrating snarl up.
excellent breakfast. Very big and comfortable bed.
far from the center
Location Price Quality Staff friendliness / helpfulness
Decor a little tired
The location. Front desk very helpful and reserved a great restaurant which offered regional plates and not touristy "Le Patio".
Fridge in room Air-con Helpful staff Comfortable large bed Reasonable breakfast
'Rooms with view' not worth the supplement.
Comfort and cleanliness
Good relation price/ quality. Close to downtown Clean Breakfast too expansive.
Room was fine and dinner in restaurant was good even though we had to choose another starter as the first one we ordered had run out! The meal and wine were reasonably priced. Our bedroom was fine with two large single beds and good bed linen. It was a decent sized room with tea and coffee making facilities and a safe.
Poorly staffed and badly managed hotel, scruffy around pool area, needed refurbishing, grass not cut. The hotel was generally tatty. We went for a drink in the bar and there was no one there to serve us so went to poolside bar and there was no one there either so had to go back to reception to get someone to serve us and then they had run out of Tequilla and mint for the cocktails we had ordered!
Good hotel, reception staff helpful.
Poor breakfast, staff lacklustre
The staff did a wonderful job of accommodating our family of five on short notice! The hotel was clean and quiet, with spacious rooms.
The baby bed is a death trap - a suspended mattress that swings back and forth inside a metal cage if a child tries to stand. Our son bumped his head a few times while settling, so we rocked him to sleep and placed him in it only after he was completely asleep, and picked him up as soon as he stirred the next morning, to avoid further injury!
the Wifi in the rooms.
everythings is priced: the parking 10e per day, the pool towel is rented. The location is not good, not very far from the center but in the middle of cars sellers, not really charming!
Large room. Reasonable location. Decent value for money.
Nothing in particular.
