Everything from the staff to the comfort beds and the cosy room free wireless affordable spa There is no door eye where you can see who is knocking. Also the shower has a window that overlook the room so its not practical if you are staying with a brother a friend or a family |

Excellent room, very clean and comfortable. Staff very freindly and helpful. Good location. Bed in room very comfortable and big. Noisy heating system. Noice outside from clearing bins (I think). No tea making facilities in the room. |

The staff service was just exceptional. The friendliness and willingness to offer assistance and make arrangements was much appreciated. In particular Letiticia and Anton made us feel right at home. The renovation to the Hotel is fantastic, and facilities were first class. The health spa and pool was excellent and we made use of these often. The rooms were on the small size but very well equipped. Would have liked a DVD player in the rooms. |

Hotel was very nice, good location, lovely staff good service. Excellent restaurant. Spa, swimming pool could have been a little better, size of swimming pool was disappointing, no real jacquzzi. |

The room, the restaraunt in the lobby. Huge patio sized balcony in the room overlooking the river, half a block walk down a lovely street to the Agiuille du Midi cable car. Lovely bakery across the street with fresh bread/croissants/pastry for breakfast. The pool was a bit small but I wasn't staying there for the pool. At least it has a pool. The bathroom was magnificent but it has a typical French shower with no curtains and people could easily see into the shower until the windows fogged up. |

Great location within Chamonix and the hotel has been recently refurbished. The hotel doesn't have any air conditioning, so we had to open the doors as it was very warm in the room. Our room was on the first floor so it was very noisy and I was concerned that it was be easy to access from the street. |
