Zeer verzorgd hotel met een zwitserze grondigheid.Ideaal gelegen net buiten het centrum en toch vrij rustig.Het personeel aan het onthaal en op de kamers was perfekt,dit was te merken aan de kleine extra's. Het ontbijt van ik prij:kwaliteit ondermaats en werd zeer slecht bijgevuld. |

Mooi design hotel Ligt recht over een discotheek. Zeer veel nachtlawaai. Heeft geen airco en dit voor een 4ster hotel. Wij hadden een junior suite met heel klein badkamer. |

The staff was really helpful and prepared. Very friendly approach towards the client The price for quality is really high. Too expensive for the hotel it's. The breakfast is also too expensive and very poor. |

Staff was very helpful and kind. Room had a large balcony with amazing views of the Mont Blanc and the Aiguille de Midi. Hotel well located for visits to city centre, swimming centre also within walking distance (15 mins.). Hotel has a very nice in-house restaurant. Hotel does not have airco, thus lobby as well as room extremely hot during Summer of 2009. Wifi according to hotel's site available in all rooms, however in our room this appeared to be in the bathroom only. Digital tv had a very limited choice of channels. |

The room was big, clean and very nice. I asked for a room with a view to the Mont Blanc and that was respected. I had a junior suite and the balcony was huge with a great view. The service of the hotel staff was not good for the price. Unable to give recommendation for restaurants, parking lot needs a special code to exit but no prior explanation. We were two people, my wife and I but the booking of the hotel was four people. There was a sofa bed and the hotel staff told us that they would fold this away but it never happened during our 3 night stay. I did not push for it since it's not a big issue but if you are a four star hotel asking for over 200 Euro per night you should do what you told the customer. |

The room was clean and the amenities were good. It was very very hot day when I stayed. And the room in this hotel wasn't equipped wiht the air conditioner, so I couldn't sleep well. |

The location within Chamonix was great. The decor is hip and the food is fantastic. My room was a bit hot and there were no feather pillows. |

We chose this hotel for its location, being close to the main street in Chamonix, and star rating, The room was very small, tho adequate for our one night stay. We were able to get a fan, which helped with the fact that it was very warm (no AC) and stuffy and the door to the balcony did not open very wide, so was not really helpful to provide air circulation. Also, the hotel is very dark and the lighting system in the halls and stairways often resulted in walking into darkness before the switch to turn on the lights could be reached. All this really does not seem like 4 star quality. The breakfast was pricey for the quality and quantity of offerings. We did appreciate being able to park in the lot for free. The staff were helpful. |

Good central location, very near Aguille du Midi Cable Car Station. Nice decor, nice to have a balcony especially if it has the good views of the Aiguille du Midi or Brevent. Friendly efficient staff. Hot inside the hotel in summer and although it says it has air conditioning and in the room and there is a control panel and instructions it doesn't actually have it !! Hotel is on a busy street and can get noisy outside especially as it is opposite the Garage night club. |

This is a wonderful hotel! It's in a great location, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. You can't beat the views! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chamonix. |
