The room was ok and quiet, and the location rather good. I didn't like the fact that the room had no windows on the exterior.

The location of the hotel is pretty good - within walking distance to a metro station. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Overall, a great, comfortable and clean hotel. Although air-conditioned, the only thing I did not like about the room was that it was not possible to open the window.

It has a strategic place if you compare with the price. You can park your car downstairs and take a metro ticket for your family to see the most beautiful places in Paris. The metro station is very close like 10-15min walk.If you dont want to mass with the traffic jam it is a perfect place and cheap. The breakfast is also cheap and perfect.I advise everybody if you want to have an optimum vacation. The staff was also very helpful. You can buy disneyland tickets from front desk

The location and the friendly behavior of the majority of the staff. Although the room I booked was changed without notice, the hotel staff arranged breakfast for free, as a payback. Also free coffee in room. One of the two rooms I booked was as described, while the other was not. One of the two rooms I booked initially, was changed by the hotel management without notice. That room was below average, with problems, like no ventilation in bathroom, or in room (windows sealed), concave beds etc. Although parking place was reserved at check-in, actually it was not available. The receptionist in that shift was impolite and did not want to help. I sent an e-mail to hotel manager and booking.com. Overall not a satisfied customer.

Their breakfast menu was good. Great collection of breads. Some of the staff were also friendly. Decent view from the room, could see the Seine. Metro is about 5 minutes walk. Not unhappy about the pricing either. Decent pricing for a room. Management was very strict about the rules, sometimes at the expense of losing a customer. There was enough room to accommodate one more person but they refused to let us sleep in the same room. To make a phone call, they asked for a cash deposit. We bought from the boutique inside the hotel for which we were asked to pay by cash. And way too far from the city. To get to the Eiffel, it took about 45 minutes and we had to change metros. The only reason why we chose this place was they had rooms during New Year's. Chose this place if you don;t have the budget to stay inside the city. But remember, you have to travel quite a bit to get to anywhere.

Fairly good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good price. Were placed in a smoking room. Very basic/sparsely furnished. No in-house laundry facilities. Very limited extra towels. Wifi was very flaky and unreliable. Power went out a couple of times in the morning due to hairdryer short circuits.

I liked the price for four people. I liked the table and four chairs in the dining room. I liked the wifi accessibility in the room. I liked the area as it was less touristy and more with the local people. I like that it was quiet. I'd liked to have had an outside window that opened in order to clear the air during the day as it was quite stuffy.

The hotel is good, clean, the staff are nice. The breakfast was also good (croissant, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, cereal, fruits, eggs). About 10min walking to the metro + 20min by metro until the centre of Paris. Safe area to walk. The price was good, so the distance compensate it. Free Wi-fi.

It's a few minutes walk from the metro. The duplex room was spacious for its price. It's quite at night because of an extra layer of exterior window. The neighborhood seems to be safe at night. Moisture and smell in the room. The window cannot be openned for fresh air. The ac does not seem to be helpful. The carpet, cover of the sofa bed, drapes etc did not help with the feeling of freshness and cleaness. It might be common for elder buildings in Paris.

The room price contains the slippers, and a couple of hot drinks (tea and coffee). The area was better than we expected earlier. Clean room with renewed furniture. The hotel is close enough to the public transportation (M8). There are no fridge in the room, the bathroom is as small as possible.

Breakfast was good and consisted of a wide choice. We were in a maisonette apartment and the spiral staircase was too small, could have been a normal straight staircase. Underground parking entrance was very narrow, because of which I ended up with a few scratches on the car.

This hotel is about 30mins by metro (line 8) from the centre of Paris and there are 2 stations within walking distance. It located in a nice area with bars, shops and cafes beside the hotel. On arrival the room I had booked was not available. However, I was given one of equal size and free breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience. The staff were friendly and dealt with this very well. Free broadband was great and although there was no fitness suite there is an enormous park 5 minutes from the hotel that runners and walkers could enjoy. Nice hotel, nice staff id stay again. I got my breakfast for free but, like most hotels if would have been disappointed if id paid for it. It is almost always a better idea to get your breakfast in a local cafe.

The beds are quite comfortable, but if your over 5'5 your feet will dangle out, but sleep at an angle and you'll get a good rest, the staff are nice enough, but indifferent to the guests, one was very nice and gracious, the hotel is real clean spotlessly so no smells or anything When you go to a friends apartment that is tiny, and you say your toilet is bigger apply that logic when walking into the toilet here, the actual toilet has one side next to the wall, there is next to no leg room in front of it which means your taking your morning glory sitting sideways, the shower has the same pressure as a worm trying to blow a banana leaf, but useable just nit what you'd expect at a hotel, unless you drive a smart car do not expectt to use the parking ypthe enterance was built assuming bicycles would be using it not cars, it it about 11 miles away from the centre and not direct buses/ metros go , expect a 1 hour journey with no traffic
