Breakfast was good Badly managed staff were not in reception on arrival, so one had to wait for them at reception. Questions were answered with unfriendly or poor answers. Lobby was unwelcoming- old magazines- not very bright or clean.Hallways were kept dark with lighting put on only when you found the switch to light your way to your room. So all was dark and unwelcoming until you came into your room. strong smell |

Staff helpful and spoke good english, as we do not speak a lot of French this made booking in very easy. Car Park in Hotel is very tight if you have a large car, I scratched the front bumper of my car trying to get in to the car park at night. |

A nice location near to the centre of Compiegne, but by the river. There was a smell of paint because they were decorating. |

Very individual hotel, we had a massive 2-storey appartment. Very close to local sights,museums etc Access to car park underground very tight, a big 4-by-4 would find it very difficult to manouvre. The fact that the lights in the garage had all fused made it even more entertaining |

Les chambres sont spacieuses, agréables et calme. Le petit-déjeuner propose beaucoup de choses . Le personnel de l'hôtel pourrait fournir plus de renseignements touristiques sur la ville et sur le côté pratique de l'hôtel ( horaires du petit-déjeuner par exemple). |

De hartelijke ontvangst en de koele ondergrondse parkeerruimte. Verder is de ligging perfekt tov. het stadhuisplein en het paleis. Het starten 's ochtends half zes van een dieselmotor onder mijn raam. |
