El que més m'ha agradat de l'hotel és la ubicació. Està prop de gairebé tots els llocs interessants, òpera, museus, esglésies, jardins, etc. També que és un hotel petit i silenciós. Internet no va bé i el desdijuni és una mica pobre.

Nice hotel close to Louvre. Clean rooms, big for Paris. The rooms can be quite noisy because of traffic in the street.

Location is just perfect for sightseeing. Pretty comfortable and clean rooms. A little bit overpriced, but for Paris it is typical. Breakfast is really below the level you could expect for such room price (quality of food is good, but selection is poor).

Excellent location , clean rooms and nice staffs. The elevator worked well and helped a lot. A very cost-efficient choice in the center of paris!

Friendly staff, ready to help. Fast wifi. Rooms are too hot with no possibilities to regulate the heater ! We had to leave the windows open. No ventillation in the bathroom. Used liquid soap containers in the bath room.

Location is terrific, right next to the Palais Royale and very near the Louvre. Close to several metro stations servicing about 5 lines. The room was very basic for the proce, as were the hotel's facilities. Staff were not very willing to assist.

The people on the desk were all terrific. The room was small and the single bed was more like a child's bed, but in spite of its small size, it was fairly comfortable.

5 min from the Subway. The bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom. Lovely decoration. It could be a 4 star. The TV location was a terrible choice.

The location. Walk about 2 minutes, you will get the Louvre Museum, Metro station, shops. Room was cozy, bathtub in the bathroom, which is very good after a long day walking. We didnt have breakfast there, but when we checked out, there was 26Eu on the bill. Bad thing was the staff didnt show us the bill before he charged my credit card. So we have to wait that they put the money back to the credit card.

Convenient location and close to Musee du Louvre. 1. Bathtub is very dirty and have stain on it which is definitely not up to the standard of a 3 star hotel. 2. The sink was partly blocked and we have to the bathtub to wash our towels. The cleaning staff should have known about this when they clean the bathroom each day. There is no sign of improvements during our 4 days stay. 3. The fire alram rang one night and we all evacuate from the hotel. However, the hotel staff did not explain what is going on and just tell us to go back to our room afterwards. 4 Wi-fi does not work in our room.We have to use the laptop computer in the lobby and we have tried to use 3 different passwords from 3 different staff in order to log-in. Finally we have to bring along our i-phones and notebook to MCDonald nearby. The Wi-fi of McDonald is much more efficiently than the one provided by the hotel. 5. Air-conditioning system is not working well and we have to turn on a big fan everyday. The big fan used up some spaces in the small room

They have water boiler. When temperature went up to 40 C, the air conditioner broke down. Two days passed and it still hadn't been fixed up.

The front rooms in the hotel are extremely noisy 24 hours a day. The road (Rue de richelieu) looks like a small alley but in fact seems to be a major road with city buses and traffic running through the night. We reserved for 6 nights but left after 2 nights.If you stay there demand a room to the back of the hotel. I do not know that they are any better but could not be worse. Also, the air conditioning is a joke.
