The room was mch bigger and nicer than the pictures.

There was building work on the buildings opposite which woke us up quite early

Location is just perfect for sightseeing. Pretty comfortable and clean rooms.

A little bit overpriced, but for Paris it is typical. Breakfast is really below the level you could expect for such room price (quality of food is good, but selection is poor).

Rooms are too hot with no possibilities to regulate the heater ! We had to leave the windows open. No ventillation in the bathroom. Used liquid soap containers in the bath room.

The people on the desk were all terrific. The room was small and the single bed was more like a child's bed, but in spite of its small size, it was fairly comfortable.

Proximity to the Louvre

Convenient location and close to Musee du Louvre.

1. Bathtub is very dirty and have stain on it which is definitely not up to the standard of a 3 star hotel. 2. The sink was partly blocked and we have to the bathtub to wash our towels. The cleaning staff should have known about this when they clean the bathroom each day. There is no sign of improvements during our 4 days stay. 3. The fire alram rang one night and we all evacuate from the hotel. However, the hotel staff did not explain what is going on and just tell us to go back to our room afterwards. 4 Wi-fi does not work in our room.We have to use the laptop computer in the lobby and we have tried to use 3 different passwords from 3 different staff in order to log-in. Finally we have to bring along our i-phones and notebook to MCDonald nearby. The Wi-fi of McDonald is much more efficiently than the one provided by the hotel. 5. Air-conditioning system is not working well and we have to turn on a big fan everyday. The big fan used up some spaces in the small room

The front rooms in the hotel are extremely noisy 24 hours a day. The road (Rue de richelieu) looks like a small alley but in fact seems to be a major road with city buses and traffic running through the night. We reserved for 6 nights but left after 2 nights.If you stay there demand a room to the back of the hotel. I do not know that they are any better but could not be worse. Also, the air conditioning is a joke.

In the Center of Paris

The position is absolutely awesome! The hotel is few minutes from metro, Louvre museum, Opera, Palais Royale... And the area is quite nice and clean. The room is not that small, is qite clean and also the toilet was ok. Nothing better for this price, I guess... Staff speaks also english, and they are gentle.

Just the doors and the windows don't provide a good insulation from noises in the street, although we were at the 4th floor and it was quite silent, except once when drunk people were singing in the street in the middle of the night. Also, the bed is not the best, and the pillows are really thin. Nothing major anyway
