Not explicitly about the hotel, but the excellently located metro line #4 was out of order during my weekend stay making transportation somewhat unpleasant. |

I liked the automatic entry doors when we walked in. I liked the decoration of our bedroom although I was disappointed by the view out of the window; view on two walls with narrow corridor. The temperature of the room was just right. There were plenty of pillows and blankets if needed. There was some nice body lotion and shampoo/cleanser. The breakfast was served until 10 am which was appreciated and one of the members of staff was really friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of food and drinks. I also liked the fact that there was a car park (although the access to it was made complicated because there was only one pass). Sweets and magazines/newspapers in reception area. View out of the window. Lack of indication to find car park spaces allocated to hotel residents, and not practical staircase to carry suitcases from car park to hotel and vice versa. Floral display in reception area needed refreshing. |

Location is great for metro. Breakfast was nice also. It's very small but I knew that when I booked. |

The room is pretty clean. Hotel is located just opposite to metro station that is very convenient. It's also near the variety of food places. We do like this hotel Tea and coffee maker is not available for every room (we booked for 6 rooms but got only 3 set of those). Bottles of drink water should be provided everyday, not just only for the first day. |

The friendliness at the reception, the cleanliness of the room, the hotel is very well situated. I thought that the breakfast was a bit expensive for what was on offer. The shower was rather small. |

The Hotel was good and location excellent with the Metro just opposite the main entrance. The staff at the front desk all spoke good english and were very helpful. Would choose this Hotel again on my next visit. |

The hotel was located in a great spot and close to Metro station, right across the street which was a great line to see all the major sites in Paris. The hotel staff were quite rude and abrupt and tried to overcharge us for an extra nights accommodation, which they say is held by the booking website as a deposit until the final bill is paid. |

staff were very friendly and welcoming. overall a very pleasant stay! having to leave the key at the front desk, the extremely cramped toilet due to poor room design, and no tea and coffee facilities in room; however these things are not priorities and the friendly staff service definitly compensated. |

Excellent location. Direct train from CDG airport with station only a few minutes away. Metro opposite the hotel so well placed to travel anywhere in the city. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants in the area. Room sizes varied greatly,in our party we had booked 5 rooms and the room allocated to our mother, who was on her own ,was the biggest! |

The hotel is just across the Metro Mouton Duvernet so it is very convenient to take the Metro to go to the tourist attractions of Paris, like Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Louvre Museum, etc.... |
