Score from 239 reviews Very good
The location is good, close -10 minutes by foot- to several metro stations. The hotel and the rooms are very well designed and clean. Some rooms have a beautiful view. Receptionists are kind and helpful. I also recommend the shuttle service which you can reserve from the reception desk.
The rooms are really small, but it is common in Paris. The breakfast is too expensive, but fortunately there are many cafes and boulangeries nearby.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. 3 metro stations nearby
Bed was hard and room was too warm
Staff could not have more welcome in or helpful. Very good location for restaurants and metro access.
Air con would have been a problem if weather had been hot.
Great spot with the metro nearby, I was recommended a nearby restaurant Flo - it was fantastic. Staff were very helpful & friendly
Good location - clean - friendly staff - nice but expensive breakfast
it was comfortable! definitely an oasis after a tiring day exploring Paris.
Location- it was quite hard to find and feel a bit unsafe at night.
the staff was polite and kind, they were glad to anwser our question about touring Paris.
the space of room and elevator were a little small, but they were enough for our family.
Very nice rooms, good bed, good shower. Was an excellent value for the price I got.
Don't expect the internet to function after midnight
Close to the Metro. Calm during the night. Clean and complementary coffee and tea.
Bad area. Felt a bit unsure at night. Bad wi-fi reception. Breakfast too expensive for its worth.
Located in a quiet street, near many convenient stores and walking distance to subway entrance. Nice room with fun design and superb modern bathroom. Helpful staff
Reception look poor (but apparently being renovated)
Small but adequate room, very clean, good location, good value for money.
The AC did not cool the room sufficiently, which remained uncomfortably warm.
Spacious room Large, clean bathroom Windows in room looked out onto lively street (bar across the street) TV, elevator, front desk staffed 24-hours
Construction in lobby day of arrival caused wi-fi outage entire duration of our stay. No alternative way to get on internet (or check-in for next-day flight, plan itinerary, etc.)
Room decor Wifi
Rude staff Very poor housekeeping No working Air Conditioning
Lack of proper air-conditioning!
The price we paid was very low for Parisian hotel. Hotel was under renovation at the time. Close to many metro stations. Had everything we needed.
Breakfast very expensive. Renovation.
Room was pretty spacious for a triple.
The A/C was awful. Location was not as good as we had hoped.Renovations were going on so we never tried the breakfast. Shower drain was clogged and flooded our room.
We could not have mobile check in! We could not have access to send mail and major difficulty to mobile telephone!
The triple room was a little apartment, perfect for our family. Also, was a kettle, tea and coffee (decaf too!) Bathroom spotless, wi-fi free, location near Place La Republique and 3 different metro stations.
No parking places
Great location for getting around Paris. Near the train station for the airport and walking distance to most sights around the city. One or two nice bars near by as well and good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Nice bathroom with a good shower
Although the room was comfortable, the air conditioning wasnt great - so, while the room wasnt too hot - it would have been nicer if it was a bit cooler.
Nice view. Friendly staff. Accessible to anywhere. Close to gare du nord. Good for solo traveler or couple.
Bathroom was small, height-wise but i did not expect as much since i am used to tight spaces in NY.
The location was convenient; close to Gare du Nord and center. Room was also nice; maybe we did not have high expectations since we were outside all the time.
We were staying 3 people in the room but supplements (towel, glass, coffee etc) were for 2 people. Not a big deal but still needs attention.
i wouldn't say i did not like but i would have preferred a little bit larger room! breakfast should have been included even a continental french type not necessary a buffet type breakfast!
Lift button "0" was broken for ground floor, have to stop at 1/F and walk down. Requested for a new tissue box as existing one was empty, but it did not come. Other than that my stay was very pleasant. Thank you.
“While the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, I feel that it fell short in some respects of the standards one might expect from a Best Western, the price charged and the fact that the hotel is described as three-star.
Although check-in was allegedly from 1 p.m., we in fact had to wait over an hour to get into our room. The ‘mini-bar’ only contained a bottle of complimentary mineral water. The Internet connection from the computer in the foyer was very poor. And on one occasion the hotel ran out of wholemeal bread in the breakfast room. “
The hotel was in a great location. Lovely bars close by as well as the club we had booked to go to. We had view of the Sacre Coeur from our window which was lovely in the evening when all lit up.
When we originally checked in we were advised that our room was not ready due to an issue with the shower and boiler so we had to make our own way to their partner hotel. When having to check back in the next day we were told by a different receptionist that actually they had overbooked the hotel which we were not impressed with as we could not unpack and relax the first night then had to check out early the next day as we had plans and then hope that they transferred our baggage back to the original hotel we had booked which was stressful
