Not much

Rooms were nowhere as nice as photos. Room very small for price and was very dim, small windows and only wall lighting. Breakfast not good value. Bedding consisted of thick duvet with no sheet. There was nothing for warmer temperatures

Location and staff. The buffet lunch was good value with lots of variety.

Can be noisy with people catching early flights.

The hotel is ok for the price, and you can go there using the free shuttle service at CDG.

Room service food was overpriced and lukewarm when delivered. Staff were disinterested and perfunctory when checking in.

Comfort, big room, big beds- Free soft drinks in the room, coffe and tea. Staff very friendly and helpful!

The convenience to CDG airport and the proximity to the small town of Roissy for good restaurants

Restaurant is expensive for average food. No free parking.

Good location, close to CDG airport, makes a lot of sense if you intend to use the free shuttle to and from the airport because you will be picked and will have space for your luggage.

I liked how we were greeted by the front desk. Very very helpful, and that means alot. Our room was beautiful! And very comfortable for the one night before a flight. A light dinner in the diningroom was good; arrangements were made for a taxi to the airport (instead of the shuttle) and we were able to relax for the few short hours in beautiful surroundings. It was one of the nicest bw hotels we've ever stayed in!! Thank you for asking.

A long wait for the shuttle at the airport the evening before (we decided to return our rental car the day before our scheduled flight. No "system" or assistance when getting on the bus with our big luggage; we all crammed in like sardines and had to stand the whole way to the hotel (it was nuts, to say the least). We chose not to take the shuttle the next morning to the airport. The only other thing was that there was no bartender ("until at least 10 pm", but we managed to coerce the young woman who bounced between the dining room and the bar; and had to tell her how to make a martini!! It was good when we got it!

Our family members wanted to treat us to a meal before we left for the states and before we had checked the restaurant menu. Our fault I would assume. We came back that evening wanting some type of light meal. Big mistake. The menu offered a very limited selection, five item I recall. I selected the French onion soup, what can did you get that out of, one of the worst french onion soups i've ever had. Try campbels they taste better The bread was harder than a rock and to top it all of the waitress spoke no French

The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Their version of High-Speed Internet was a joke. You could get your email but surfing the Internet or trying to connect to a www address, like checking in for a flight, was ridiculously slow. I wanted to print boarding passes but the sign on the door said the Business Center was Out of Order! The restaurant food was terrible as well as incredibly expensive for what you got. No breakfast included with your room which is pretty much standard these days. Overall a really bad experience.

1.Overpriced for the location and amenities. Rooms at the Hotels located in the airport were less expensive. 2. Rooms did not have ironing boards and irons. Not convenient for business travelers. 3. Internet access was sooo slow that it did not function and was useless. 4.On site restaurant prices were about double the prices in central Paris.

The Best Western cdg on Monday morning 6 May - organised for their van to ferry guests to the airport after the non appearance. Of the black bus. However it was not required as a black bus appeared about 9 mins later.

The advertised free airport shuttle was not very reliable. Firstly nowhere does it advise that it operates less on a Sunday - over one hour wait at airport for the "black bus" to Best Western. Then on Monday morning the scheduled bus did not appear - the reason given is that there is a lot of people going to the airport. However the schedule changed again and a black bus miraculously appeared. There is no confidence in this system that means flights are not missed. The selection of Best Western at cdg is meant to ensure that time is not wasted with long lead times to airline check in and the ensuing security checks..

The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and nice. Very comfortable and convenient place to stay to be able to get on plane early in morning.

Because of travel and need to return car at the airport, timing was off to get lunch on our way to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was not open at 3:00 when we arrived and did not open until 7:00 P.M. No room service available. Stayed on a Sunday evening which may have been the reason.

first the tv did not work and I had to change rooms, in the second room the bathroom fan would not turn off so it kept me awake. Smell of cigarette smoke, i would not stay there again. meal in restaurant was very good but very expensive for what we got. bath tub looked dirty and so did the bathroom floor.

Warm friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. An excellent salmon salad - best we had in Paris.

The location was convenient to the airport and it was very nice to have the shuttle service.

The "Family Room" is simply an American-sized double room. Don't expect a suite! The bathroom is larger than most European hotel bathrooms as well. Clean, easy to park rental car on site, or use shuttle to get to and from the airport.

The staff is not particularly welcoming and friendly. We made our reservation for two nights, but called two days prior to cancel the first night. They charged us anyway because of the no cancelation policy. I understand this, but thought that if we were still staying the second night they would give us a break. Nope! This was disappointing to me. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a little flexibilty with their travel. When we did arrive the front desk person originally could not find our reservation, but then eventually found it. This was stressful. Later that evening all the electricity went out in my room, as well as for the folks next door and who knows who else. We called the front desk and someone came up and flipped some switches in the hallway, then asked us what we had plugged into the outlets. I was expecting an apology, not an interrogation.The commotion woke up all my kids. The entire experience was not a good ending to our trip. There are other hotels right next to this one. Look elsewhere.
