the swimimng pool
the restaurant and breakfast.
The room we had was no way big enough for a family of 4. To expect 2 children to sleep in touching beds mmmmm not realistic!
Very friendly reception staff. Great pool. Good location, although outside of Paris, but combined with a visit to Versailles, it's more than excellent! Regular trains into the city.
Too expensive breakfast. Not many attentive bar-staff available.
The hotel is on HEC campus
Room service was bad vegetarian food poor. I went to the supermarket across the street.
The hotel was wonderful! We loved the luxury and we loved the breakfast in the morning. They put us in a suite and we were thrilled. Bathrobes, slipper, nice shampoo! all were excellent.
The problem we had was getting the hotel, and getting into Versailles the next day. This hotel advertises that it is across from a bus stop that takes you to RER C LIne to central Paris. It did not mention what bus stop or which train station. I emailed the hotel but did not get a response. This is not the first time I have been to Europe so I assumed I could figure it out when I arrived. Not possible. Once I realized that train line C was not in service (not the fault of the hotel). I got a bus which replaced it but no one knew where to go for the hotel. We guessed incorrectly and ended up getting a lift from a wonderful couple who took pity on us. I still felt like it was my mistake, but when I spoke to the staff to find out how to catch the bus, they looked completely puzzled and had no idea how I would do that. They also said they had not seen any buses since it was Sunday. Anyway, we took a very expensive cab to Versailles and wasted much time trying to get to the hotel and away. I think you should take mention of public transport out of the advertisement because it really is not a reasonable way to reach the hotel by European standards. Very hard day and not what we had expected.
We had a non-smoking family room, but when we arrived late at night, the room smelled heavily of smoke.
the staff, the bed, the shower, the food is good quality
Breakfast is expensive, no ironing facilities in the room, insulation between rooms not so good
The rooms and bathrooms were large and spacious with a big flatscreen TV. The Wifi worked perfectly. There was a small outdoor unheated pool about 10 metres long. There was a sauna and the cardio equipment in the small fitness room was new.
The lifts were really shabby inside. There was very little space around the pool and very few sunbeds and chairs.
pleasant and polite staff
breakfast correct but too expensive for 18 euros/pers.
Room and facilities were good
I asked for morning alarm call but this never happened!
Good environment and friendly staff. Delicious Breakfast.
Elevator was occupied by charwomen for a longtime during daytime
Excellent location, clean;comfortable, Wifi, good price only if you book via the WEB. I would rate the Hotel excellent except for the breakfast price, fortunately they have some workaround with a "smaller breakfast" version at the bar (4.5 Euro), but you have to ask for it.I would definitely go back to this Hotel and recommend it
The price of the breakfast is really too high for a "normal" family, 18 Euros per person (36 Euro for a couple) is not affordable for normal citizens. It's OK for Business man who don't have to pay for breakfasf but is definitelt not a family price
The hotel was very clean and it is very near to HEC, a bus passes by every while. The staff were very welcoming and there is a young lady called Mrs. Auriane always smiling very helpful, she speaks english very well and she did her best to let us feel home. Thank you Mrs. Auriane.
The price of the breakfat needs to be revised.
The room was divided into two, one for us and one for the children. A proper family room and the main reason I booked here. Supermarket opposite is open 'till 8:30pm, and there is a restaurant (pizzeria) in walking distance as well. Free parking is available opposite the Hotel (not linked to hotel)
The location requires a trip on a bus to the station (very frequent) or drive to the RER station to get into Paris. It takes about 40 minutes to get to Eiffel Tower or St Michel Notre Dame. Breakfast was expensive so we didn't bother and used supermarket instead.
This hotel is a perfect place for those who need to stay near HEC (future students, family and friends of current students). It's nice hotel, with quite big and clean rooms, good service and perfect french restaurant on the ground floor. The price is ok.
Breakfasts are too expensive, we decided not to take them. Also I certainly would not recommend this hotel for the tourists who would like to spend most of the time in Paris. It's really far from Paris. RER station is also quite far.
Family rooms were good with separate rooms for adults, spacious and well appointed
The place was deserted! No travelers or staff around it was difficult to get a drink at the bar
Nice (executive) room where we stayed with our grandson.
The location was good and the staff were helpful and friendly but seemed to be very under-resourced and thin on the ground.
The 'Suite' was not a great choice. It was very dark and the rooms looked like they badly needed refreshing. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable (for an adult). The breakfast was poor for €18 per person.
Fantastic large bed; separate bedroom for children; pleasant communal areas; quiet location
Quite expensive for food and drinks (although there is a nice pizza restaurant over the road)
Very comfortable. Great rooms.Loved the out door swimming pool. Short drive to versailles. Lovely surroundings. Particularly enjoyed the dining areas
