The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. It represented excellent value for money.
Finding the hotel, in the middle of a new development, was a nightmare, and getting out of the underground car park into the hotel equally so.
It is a brand new hotel and is very good value for the money. The staff is very helpful.
Easy access to motorway, adjoing rooms perfect for a family of 5. Very modern, clean and functional. Even has a nespresso machine in the room! No hesitation advising this to any family travelling near Rennes looking for a comfortable stop-over.
Very modern and comfortable, good restaurant, helpful staff
Location was efficient but not charming
Chic, modern, very good restaurant, generous parking
Convenient, clean and comfortable overnight stop, one hour from St Malo ferry. The restaurant was very good, rooms lovely and staff very helpful. Pricier than most budget places but worth it.
Very nice Clean room, comfortable beds, nice quality sheets and towels. Good receptionist.
The hotel was situated next to a building site and the restaurant was closed on a Saturday night.
Modern, contemporary design; near to the ring road (we just stayed en route to St Malo) good interconnected family room ( Family of 6) restaurant on site; nice comfortable rooms, coffee maker, luxurious bath & shower room. Car park on site ( though max height of 1.8 so our people carrier didn't fit) We were able to park on the street without a problem. Breakfast was €15 each so for a family we decided to give it a miss and ate elsewhere the next morning.
We had booked ahead- the hotel had taken a payment when I had booked, yet this wasn't acknowledged when we left and I paid again. I was left to arrange refund with my bank which was just a bit of hassle. We emailed ahead and Requested that a vegetarian option was available on the menu- ( I know!! In France it isn't really an option but...) Son was served a pretty poor meal of eggs & veg and we were charged over £15 for it. The restaurant food for other family members was very tasty. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very formal and stiff and in hindsight wished we'd had a family meal elsewhere. Not quite sure who their target audience are. It's quite expensive too ( £110 for a family of 6 for 2 courses) If the atmosphere in general felt more relaxed we would use the hotel again en route to our holiday destination.
A NICE STOP OFF AND NIGHTS REST BEFORE THE FERRY NEXT MORNING, A SHORT 40 MIN DRIVE AWAY
The restaurant was excelent! Very good food in an very special restaurant. Clean hotel and garage at no cost. I will come back.
Breakfast too expensive.
This hotel is new and very well appointed. The dining facilities are outstanding and I had a beautiful evening meal and great breakfast. Whilst the hotel is away from the City Centre, it suited me as I had to return my rental car to Rennes airport.
The Hotel is spotless, very modern clean decor and rooms are a good size. We had a very comfortable one night stay on our stop over in Renne. Location is not central but not far from city centre on bus or by taxi. Secure underground parking was a plus also. I would highly recommend this hotel for family although it seems to be more for business customers.
Great rooms,clean and spacious
Just a shame the resteraunt was not open on a Saturday,as i had read previous great feedback
The hotel, staff, accommodation, restaurant and facilities were very good/excellent.
I had room 710 and unfortunately the WIFI was very poor.
No Wifi in rooms
Superb on all fronts
Easy to find and excellent parking.
Breakfast poor and overpriced
Wide room and bathroom, modern yet relaxing decoration. Top rate mattresses, linen and towels. Perfect cleanliness. Well stocked tea/coffee set (rare occurrence in France.) Breakfast (buffet) a bit expensive, but you get a wide choice of fresh items, both sweet and salted, as well as good hot beverages, and you even get to prepare your fresh orange juice yourself!) Large free parking with direct access to the reception. I regret we could only stay one night on a business travel, so no way to experience the restaurant, spa, or fitness facilities. All in all, this is a really fine hotel, among the best we've ever stayed in France. Great value for money. Having witnessed several fine hotels decline over time, I wish and hope the management keeps up the good job and high standards in future years.
Hotel needs to be signposted better. I thought it was difficult to find especially when it was dark.
