The ski is fantastic, the hotel is very quiet and the staff is professional. It is a very good located, cable car for skiing and shops and restaurants are in walking range.The rooms are very effective, there is nothing missing except maybe some more space. Pool is way too cold, I have never seen anyone using it in 7 days I have spent there. It would have been nice to have a sauna. |

I really like the room, the cleanliness and the friendly staff I didn't like the fact that you never could use the swimming pool which was never heated. Nobody could swim there and everybody understands that swimming pool was there only to attract visitors. The breakfast was very poor and the same with the dinner |

The staff was very helpful and excellent. Food was great. They made a big difference during our stay and overcame the issues with pool and internet not working. Location is nice. The pool is really small and the heater was broken. The Internet did not work and no apparent attempt to resolve the issue. Reading Trip Advisor.com these items have been an issue since they opened in April 2009. Needs to be resolved before I will stay again or recommend to friends. For the price there needs to be more features for skiers: Sauna, Hot Tub, Heated Pool. Needs better entrance and snow cleared access to front door/lobby and someone to help with loading and unloading luggage. It was a long walk from parking to lobby and hard to get luggage through the snow and ice covered walkway. |

Lovely room and good breakfast The WiFi did not work, the spa pool was so cold it could not be used and the room keys had to be reset every single time we needed to get back into the room. The spa pool is essential in such a hotel after a day skiing and as we had on going business so is the WiFi access which could only be accessed in the hotel foyer. The hotel therefore did not meet our expectations as these features are what gains the 4* rating and I feel the room rate was therefore unjustified. I could have booked a far cheaper hotel for the sake of the facilities that should have been available here. |

Erittäin mukava hotellikokemus. Huoneessa oma keittiö, uusi ja siisti huone, jossa suuret ikkunat antoivat paljon valoa. Kylpyammeeseen oli laskettelupäivän jälkeen mukava pulahtaa.Parveke oli tilava.Päähissille muutaman minuutin kävelymatka taittui helposti täysissä varusteissa. Hissiasemalla oli myös vuokrattavissa säilytyslokeroita suksille. Ravintolaa tai uima-allasta emme käyttäneet.Laitoimme ruokaa ja aamiaisen itse. Huoneessa olleet tuolit ja ruokapöytä kolisivat liikuteltaessa valtavasti kivilattialla ja tämä kuului myös muista huoneista. Ostimme huopapalat kalusteiden jalkojen alle ja siihen loppui kolina. |

Le confort de l'appartement et la possibilité de prendre nos repas sur place. La localisation de l'hôtel est très décevante. En bordure de route avec le passage incessant de véhicules (route principale). La vue sur cette route malgré les balcons spacieux. Prix des menus et buffets trop élevés pour une famille. La piscine non conforme à notre attente (trop petite et l'espace solarium insignifiant). Hôtel jugé plutôt "de passage". |

Camere ampie moderne e pulitissime. Ideale per un soggiorno prolungato o anche per una sosta di una sola notte. Formato da vari chalet indipendenti in stile architettonico del luogo. Ampia area a giardino ben curata, posta anteriormente. Bagni un pò piccoli anche se modernissimi, almeno nella stanza in cui siamo stati. |

Internet in allen Zimmern wird angeboten. In unserer Suite funktionierte es nicht. auf eine Reklamation hiess es legiglich, ja in bestimmten Zim mern haben wir mit dem WLAN Probleme. Der Fernseher hat eine Grösse, da haben unsere Laptops ja einen grösseren Bildschirm. Das Badezimmer ist eng und ohne Komfort. Im Internet wird der EIndruck einer ruhigen gepflegten Lage erweckt. In wirklichkeit liegt das Hotel an der Nationalstrasse nach Grenoble. Und zwar im Abstand von 7-8 Metern verläuft die Strasse an dem Teil des Hauses mit den Suiten vorbei. |

Hotel flambant neuf. Confortable. Trés bonne qualité d'équipements La picine est petite. Je m'attendais à trouver une picine interieure et une exterieure.c'est la même petite picine divisé en deux. Mais bon, ce n'est pas le plus important !!! |
