Proximity to ski slopes and size of apartment Booked this as a Best Western hotel, which had obviously changed hands since the booking. Nobody at booking.com had told of this, so it took us an hour to locate the hotel. At check in receptionist insisted that breakfast was now included in price. When we came to check out were told we owed them €180 for 6 days breakfast. 1 hour argument then ensued as we would have eaten in our apartment if we had known that we would have been charged. Managed to settle on 50% of cost. Generally staff all seemed very young and unsure about many issues. We paid a little extra based on the service expected from a Best Western hotel and got a whole lot less.

Det fanns en väldigt trevlig svensk kille på hotellet som hjälpte oss väldigt mycket. Hotellet hade bytt ägare från bokningstillfället och hade ingen restaurang som det stod när vi bokade. Vi fick bara en nyckel till rummet att dela på för fem personer! Dåligt! Jobbigt när vi skulle hem olika tider.

Un changement de propriétaire tout récent. Du coup, nous avions une équipe fébrile en sous effectif, la piscine chauffée... froide, le bar fermé et autres petits hics. Nous avons été compréhensifs mais c'est un peu limite pour un 4 étoiles. L'appartement néanmoins était agréable, spacieux, bien agencé.

O apartamento e novo e bem decorado. Sua localizacao e otima. Quando estive hospedada no ano passado o hotel tinha servico de arrumacao e limpeza de quarto diarias, mas este ano este servico foi suspenso e o preco subiu.

Para mi solo tiene 3*. No te hacen ni la cama. Tienes q dejarlo limpio. El precio no corresponde a apartamento. Los estudios d 4 personas no tienen sitio ni para dejar la maleta. Mejor coger un apartamento para cuatro pero por el precio mejor un hotel y tienes todos los servicios. La lavandería se paga también.

Effektivt utnyttjad yta i studion, välutrustat kök men ugn saknas, modernt o frächt. Relativt små gemensamma ytor i lobby o vid TV rummet. Fin inne-utomhuspol men litet.Bra läge, tog ca 10 minuter att gå till liften.

La grande taille de la chambre, la literie, la piscine extérieure chauffée, avec sas pour entrer au chaud, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Le wc dans la salle de bain, non conforme au standing ni à la taille des chambres (mini appartements). Le petit déjeuner de qualité médiocre.
