Friendly staff Location of hotel Price of hotel Easy check in and check out Hotel arranged a nice car for the airport shuttle.
Needs more variety for breakfast. We were woken up early one night by a fire alarm with no explanation provided.
Almost everything and charges were reasonable.
Nothing to disclose
Location is good and breakfast is generous to compare with other Parisian hotels.
the staff was very good
rooms are very small & tight
The friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. Soft , clean towels, good soaps & lotions. Coffee in the rooms. Good duvet & soft pillows.
We stayed at the hotel threetimes in the space of a month because of its location. The first room was very small - hardly enough space to turn - but was clean as was the bathroom. The second room was roomy ideal, with its little attic windows. The third room was a good size but had a slight smell of stale cigarette smoke.
I love the area (always stay in the 9th) - lots of good places to eat and excellent hub for travelling around Paris (bus, metro). Room small but adequate. Bathroom good - lovely thick towels and good toiletries. Staff lovely and helpful. Liked the welcome box of nougat!
Wi-fi poor. Kept dropping out and then difficult to re-connect. Nowhere to put underwear etc. Safe on top of fridge so hot inside. No UK tv channel -CNN and Aljazzera only in English so heavily biased towards USA. Housekeeping at 5pm was too late! Suggest a card to be placed on bed to request linen change rather than automatically every 2 days. I was there three nights so didn't need it to be changed. Major lack of power points. None near table so pc couldn't be plugged in to charge. Seems like a lot of complaints but they were only minor niggles!
High staqndard of Service at the desk Clean and nice hotel Central location Lots of good restaurants in the area Perfect for a weekend
The quiet environment.
the absence of catering facility in the Hotel.
Polite staff, cosy room, everything was very good
A bit far from city center
Stayed in an executive room -very spacious. Bed extremely comfortable and quality of linen superb. The aircon and/or heating was efficient and the temperature kicked in quickly. Quite impressed with bathroom too - shower large, towels big and fluffy. Location of the hotel is great - close to a metro and lots of attractions, restaurants, shops and pubs are in walking distance.
The fire alarm went off at 6.30 am on the morning of my first stay - this was an unfortunate accident...
Nothing to be appreciated at all!
Smells horrible in bathroom, no bath, rather small room. These should not be in a 4-star hotel.
the hotel is clean, confortable. two station to the paris opera or shopping zone. Only the room is a little bit tiny.
This hotel really had it all: we had bathtub, wardrobe(!), safe, fridge, desk and even robe with slippers. Also, breakfast was surprisingly various. Plus, Velob bicylcle rent was across the street and metro station was about 200m. And grocery store was on the same street. Plus, stuff was amazing :)
Excellent staff be back anytime.
Aurport transfer was on time..
Staff was helpful. very clean
Size of room was so small that it was difficult to maneuver the luggage and get dressed for two people.
Great staff. Very helpful. Good location.
Too close to Monmatre
The room was very clean, and modern. The bed was super comfortable. We were able to check in early which we really appreciated.
The room was tiny. Without a doubt the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room size I can live with, but what really disappointed me was that there was no proper door to the bathroom, just a sliding door with a curtain that was also see through. I had to ask my partner to leave every time i wanted to use bathroom as he could see right in. Horrible.
Location good, 5 mins walk from Cadet Metro Stn. Boutique style rooms ideal for a short stay. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good selection of restaurants, bars and bakeries. Small well stocked supermarket 50m from hotel. Reasonably priced mini bar.
The rooms are beautifully designed but lack drawer space or a dedicated wardrobe.
