This hotel is exceptional as you are actually staying in the castle. The rooms have been modernized, but it is exceptional to sit on the front veranda to enjoy your tea or a cold drink. Reservations for the supper are recommended. |

The location. The setting of the hotel and the fact that it was a lovely building Though very good in every respect, we found the hotel quite expensive for food and drinks |

The only other couple who were staying at the hotel made excellent dinner company It took a long time and three room offers before the receptionist gave us the suite we had booked -even though the hotel was almost empty - so I am afraid that ruined our otherwise pleasant stay |

Clean comfortable rooms with attractive decor, very good food, beautiful surroundings It would be great if tea/coffee-making facilities (courtesy tray) were available in the rooms as standard without the need to order from reception |

De ontvangst en vriendelijkheid van personeel. Het park en de mogelijke wandelingen in de omgeving. Het was het week-end van de 24u van de moto in Le Mans, wij zijn vertrokken op zaterdag om niet van het lawaai gestoord te worden doch reeds de donderdag nacht waren de optrekkende moto's niet te tellen. De donderdag voor de koers is dus al af te raden voor mensen die voor kalmte kwamen. |

L'hôtel est situé dans un très joli parc, à quelques kilomètres de la ville du Mans. Le bâtiment est charmant, la chambre très bien décorée et confortable. La salle de bain, tout en étant très espacieuse, est quelque peu vetuste. On entend marcher les voisins des autres étages |

De aanblik van het kasteel en de bewijzering vanaf de snelweg (bij daglicht). Bij aankomst na een lange reis werd ons verteld dat de hotelgasten die avond geen gebruik konden maken van bar en restaurant vanwege een prive party, maar dat er genoeg eetgelegenheden waren in Le Mans op nog geen 10 minuten rij-afstand (=15 min.). |
