On Sundaymorning, musicians were playing quite loud just outside our room. Even with the windows closed, we could hear them.

The cozy hotel is just by the amazing Sunday morning market and next to the Metro station. It is well insulated and really quiet despite its location in a busy area. A ten minute walk ( or 2 stops on the easy-to- use modern metro) will get you to the middle of town. The hotel has its own safe parking space. We found staff to be relaxed, friendly and very helpful.

The location is good. Near the metro station that is not far from the centre of Lille. The room is too small. Omly one step from the bed to toilet. Very noisy outside. We asked non-smoking room but this smell of cigarettes was everywhere.

It was a 2 day business trip, working alongside colleagues at the hospital, and having dinner and drinks in town 1 evening. 1 - Smoking 2 - breakfast could have started 30mins earlier

There wasn't one particular thing that I liked about the hotel! The rooms are small but clean, the local area is a busy with young people but also a lot of down and outs, scruffy locals drinking there strongbrew lagers from cans. You cannot park in front of the hotel to remove your bags etc, you have to park up e;sewher and walk with your case and laptop etc.. Then I went to park the car in there car park (200 mtrs away) and was given the wrong entry code!!

The staff was nice and helpful. The reception is not open 24 hours so it feels a bit unsafe.... and my sheets had yellow stains. I could not get them changed because nobody was in reception so i had to use a towel. That was gross.

Zeer strategische ligging van het hotel. De uitgang van het hotel uit en je loopt zo de metro ingang binnen. Parkeergelgenheid voor de auto 75 meter van het hotel in de parkeergarage van het hotel. Uitstekend ontbijt. ( € 7,70) Het buffet eten was van zeer goede kwaliteit en zeer ruime keuze mogelijkheden. (voorgerecht, hoofd gerecht en dessert voor slechts € 16,). De kamer op zich was aan de kleine kant. Bedden prima. Uitstekende funktionerende douche. Alles was netjes schoon. Vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerker(st)ers. Prijs kwaliteit staat in een prima verhouding. Kleine kamers.

Het ontbijt was goed, de kamer was schoon. Het hotel ligt direct naast het metrostation. Fijn dat er een eigen parkeergarage is. Het bed was een twijfelaar en geen echt tweepersoonsbed. Jammer dat er geen waterkoker met thee en koffie op de kamer was.

La proximité avec la sortie du métro Le distributeur de savon liquide de la douche qui ne tient pas fixé au mur et du coup, pas réaprovisionné. C'est ballot, quand on s'en rend compte seulement quand on en a besoin, c'est à dire "à poil" et déjà mouillé !!

J'ai apprécié le personnel très accueillant et sympathique. La nourriture y est bonne et la proximité du métro et des commerces très pratique. Si je devais retourner à Lille, ça serait à Best Hôtel !

Accueil chaleureux , chambre impeccable et un très bon rapport qualité prix. De plus l'hôtel est idéalement situé, juste à côté du métro, à 2 stations de la grand place et au pied d'une excellent boulangerie et du marché de wazemmes pour les adeptes.
