Best Hôtel Lille  

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff.

I have nothing to complain about.

The price, the location. Next time if ever I have to stay at Lille, I'll select this hotel again. I am very satisfy.

The cozy hotel is just by the amazing Sunday morning market and next to the Metro station. It is well insulated and really quiet despite its location in a busy area. A ten minute walk ( or 2 stops on the easy-to- use modern metro) will get you to the middle of town. The hotel has its own safe parking space. We found staff to be relaxed, friendly and very helpful.

The location is good. Near the metro station that is not far from the centre of Lille.

The room is too small. Omly one step from the bed to toilet. Very noisy outside. We asked non-smoking room but this smell of cigarettes was everywhere.

Wifi works very well. Location is just next to Metro station. Brekfast is very good (enough food even for people from northern part of Europe. good variety). Room small but enough for that price.

For me it was OK but if you have a room on the side of metro station and you open window then you hear the whole day the moving stairs to the metro - so might be one prefers room not on the side of the metro station.

It was a 2 day business trip, working alongside colleagues at the hospital, and having dinner and drinks in town 1 evening.

There wasn't one particular thing that I liked about the hotel!

The rooms are small but clean, the local area is a busy with young people but also a lot of down and outs, scruffy locals drinking there strongbrew lagers from cans. You cannot park in front of the hotel to remove your bags etc, you have to park up e;sewher and walk with your case and laptop etc.. Then I went to park the car in there car park (200 mtrs away) and was given the wrong entry code!!

The staff was nice and helpful.

The reception is not open 24 hours so it feels a bit unsafe.... and my sheets had yellow stains. I could not get them changed because nobody was in reception so i had to use a towel. That was gross.

Les chambres sont très petites. La chambre de mon collègue sentait très fort le tabac, et il n'a quasiment pas dormi. L'accès à l'hotel ! Pas de place pour se garer pour récuperer le code et l'adresse du parking ... Nous avons du nous garer en double file dans la rue ( pour ne pas nous garer sur les places handicapés libres ).. Une semaine plus tard nous avons recu chacun une amende à 35€ pour stationnement en double file ! ! ! Sans qu'aucun papier n'ai été placé sur le pare-brise des deux véhicules !. La Direction de l'hotel désolée pour nous n'a pas fait de geste commercial pour nous dédommager... Total Chambre à 70€ + 35€ d'amende ! ....c'est un mauvais rapport qualité prix !!!
