Located a mere five minute walk from the train station right in the middle of town, no more than 50m from the Fountain of Elephants. We stayed here one night on a whim to cut the trip from Lyon to Torino in half and were very pleasantly surprised by this quaint, lovely little city set in a valley of the Alps. The room was spacious and clean, highly recommended.

Nothing. Room like jail cell.No aircon.worse no cross through ventilation. Corrid Ora either not , dimly lit. Likewise the room. Parking arduous. We did n't stay. Surrendered or fee.

Excellent location in the very center of the city. That was the reason of the choice. Rooms are basic and very small - we ordered the room for 4 persons but it was almost impossible to be in the room altogether.

The room was tiny, the toilet was dirty and te bathroom smelt like sewerage. I felt like things were biting me when I was in the bed, I would never stay there again.

The location of this hotel is good at the edge of the old town and within easy walkable distances to the sites of Chambery. The room was clean and comfortable and a good bargain for the price. The staff was courtious, helpful and friendly. Our room at the Best Hotel was on the first floor and one of only two rooms with a balcony on a corner facing a large square in front of the Theater. This made for very noisy nights. Sometimes well beyond midnight. The square was always full of people and the sound of voices would carry up to our room. While automoblile traffic was limited, the noise of the motcycles was very disruptive to sleeping. We enjoyed the use of the balcony but would have liked to have known how noisy it would be and maybe might have chosen another room. The bathroom could use a shower curtain and either racks or hooks for towels and clothes.

Central location in charming town. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The fresh croissants were exceptional! This is a small and friendly hotel. Perfect place to stay when exploring the region. Bring earplugs. It can be a little noisy. It is opposite the theatre and outside cafe.

We use this hotel en route to The Alps. It is ideal as it is close to the motorway and fairly easy to find. It doesn't have a restaurant, but is situated near restaurants and cafes so the children - who have been in the car all day can have a bit I'd a run around. The hotel is also good because it has a couple of family rooms for 4 (2 x single and bunk beds).

Je n'y retournerai pas Chambre salle, exigüe, lits superposés coincés ds le L de la chambre, c'est à peine si les enfants pouvaient passer (et nous encore moins) pour se coucher. Pas de lampes pour les lits superposés. Tapisseries très sales. Quant à la situation en ville, nuit mouvementée à cause de bars proches et de noctambules. Paiement demandé à l'arrivée !!! même avant d'avoir vu la chambre, ce que nous avons fait après.

Gute Lage! Extrem kleines Zimmer, etwas größere Menschen (ab 1,80m) müssen auf Grund der Dachschrägen im obersten Stock teilweise gebückt gehen. Obwohl in Beschreibung angegeben, keine deutschen TV-Sender. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig! Mehrere Haare auf der Wolldecke! Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden.

Hotel donnant sur une rue extrêmement bruillante toute la nuit (scooters, bagarres, cris....) Petit déjeuner hors de prix vue la qualité...9€ pour un chocolat servi tiède (il a fallu réclamé pour le faire réchauffer) aucune viennoiserie et même pas une baguette (le comble pour la France !!!!!!!) Il a fallu demander à la receptionniste d'aller nous chercher le pain et les viennoiseries et nous avons obtenu 3 croissants rassis pour 4 personnes !!!!!! Le buffet était quasiment vide et les fruits étaient abîmés....Le cauchemar pour des gens qui avaient prévu un gros déjeuner avant une journée de ski....Aucun stationnement de prévu et pas d'accès en voiture...rue piétonne fermée par un système de plots.
