Private parking area free of charge. Reception staff speaks english. Small rooms, no restaurants around the place. This is a hotel for short overnight stay only. We skipped the breakfast, it seems to expensive. Ps! If you look for a place to eat take a 15 minute walk to the Odysseum cinema and restaurant complex, it is a nice area to dine out. Get a god map, tricky to locate.

If you are shelling out 50 Euros better spend 5-10 Eurod extra and get a better accomodation. Parking and access are really covenient comparatively. There was a stenching odour throughout the hotel...starting from lobby to room. Rooms are too small and after you put your luggage you can't even move. The toilet was equally pathetic. Basic WC flush also had a problem.

The hotel was not located 5 minutes from the train station, nor was it 5 minutes from the centre of town. It was on the very outskirts of the town at the end of a tram line!

There are only 2 towels in the room. AC network regularly switched off. Near tramway stop was located at a distance of more than 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

On Saturday and Sunday the breakfast starts too late (at 9 A.M.). The same with the reception. Guests who leave early in the morning cannot have the breakfast, and have a problem to pay the hotel bill.

clean and functional,near airport not so much that i didnt like it but it is a 10 minute walk then a 15 min tram ride to the centre,so not so close.

Staff tried really hard to make up for limited facilities: made call to warn me desk would be closed at 11pm, made me cold buffet dish when there were no kitchen facilities over the weekend. Free WiFi in room worked very well. Limited facilities

The staff was quiet friendly and the internet service was good. Most of the staff don't actually speak English, so there were several times that I had problems communication problems. Also the extra charges for breakfast or dinner seemed to me quiet high.

Room was adequate, bed comfortable. Very sombre and dark decor. Needs updating with light, bright decor. Booked this hotel because of restaurant facility, however when we arrived we were told no restaurant on a Friday and Saturday evening. No mention of this on the internet when booking!!!

Possibilité de se restaurer sur place, même si le rapport qualité prix est trés moyen (comparé au Campanile par exemple). Il y a ce qu'il faut pour ce type de séjour professionel, ni plus ni moins (Internet, SDP/WC propres et dans la chambre). Difficile à trouver et trés retiré (il manque de signalisation, surtout quand on arrive à pieds) je ne suis venu à Best Hotel que parce que le Campanile à coté était complet, le rapport qualité prix y est infèrieur (ce qui explique que je ne le recommanderait pas et que je priviléierait Campanile).

Son calme La fenetre qui ne ferme pas totalement et dans une période de très fort vent très difficile de dormir à cause du bruit du vent venant de la fenetre. Douche trop étroite.
