Terrific relaxed atmosphere,room layout around pool fantastic,staff very friendly and good english spoken by everyone.Have been twice to the orangerie,and will definately be returning.

I have stayed many times at Best Western Hotels and have never been this disappointed. There was a trickle of hot water too shower with, the sink plug was not connected so I had to manually lift the lever to empty water. We arrived 12:30 the resturant was full, no problem I booked for the four of us for the evening, to be told on arrival back at the hotel that the resturant was full again. Balcony seats were torn, and the curtains were about to come down.

We had lunch at the hotel and the food was good, but not so much at the plates. The garden was nice. We couldn't lock the door to the garden. The bathroom was really old. It dropped water from the roof in the room. We think there was animal poo in the bed and bathtube (mouse or rat). We didn't like the hotel at all, so we checked out after one night.

Super staff, wonderful service and great food. Lovely, fresh, clean room. Comfortable beds, excellent facilities and a great night's sleep despite city location. Breakfast was a feast for the eyes and the stomach..fabulous! One night was too short a stay! Parking is extremely tight! Not the hotel's fault; a city location means limited space, but it is frustrating at the end of a long drive.

Room was ok, ground floor with window to the pool. We arrived late and there was nochance to get anything to eat. In addition we booked a room with a baby cot. When we arrived they told us there weren't any available. Finally they gave us one wich was 20 years old, to low for a 1 and a half year old baby.

Best Western has usually a certain quality which you expect and get! Very good decorated in a Provencal style both inside the hotel (rooms, lobby etc) and outside (terrace, garden etc). The swimming pool (unfortunately I didn't use it although I would love to do it)!! Free parking.

As were attending the Opera in the Roman Theatre it was great that the hotel had arranged transport from the hotel to Orange and also the fact that dinner was available at the required time. Having these arrangements in place made our stay more relaxed and added to the enjoyment of the Opera. Thanks to all the staff.

Everything was excellent for our stay, room was lovely located on the ground floor, four poster bed perfect. Breakfast was just what we needed before we started our journey. We didnt book the resturaunt for evening meal so unfortunatley we couldnt get a table. There was a lovely irish bar 5 minutes walk away which was excellent.

Excellent hotel, personnel très agréable, nous avions une belle chambre très calme qui donnait directement sur la piscine. L'horaire d'ouverture du restaurant le soir, un peu tardive pour les jeunes enfants. 19H30 au lieu de 20h serait appréciable.

Op de foto's zag het er wat luxer uit. De inrichting van de kamers vonden we erg summier en eigenlijk zeer gedateerd. Vooral de badkamer was erg matig. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was niet goed. Voor het ontbijt moest ook nog een flinke prijs betaald worden. Wij hadden meer verwacht van een Best Western hotel.
