it's the best value for money in the 16th (and I tried all hotels around up to 120 EUR). I asked for coffee making facilities and got it immediately. Free wireless internet. I honestly recommend this hotel one lady at the reception didn't actually speak any English and wasn't very friendly to some, I must admit, annoying client. but two other guys were amazing, thank you! |

Metro outside the hotel. Easy access to the Eiffel Tower by foot. Room size tiny for that advertised. Definitely overpriced at 150 Euro's a night, excluding breakfast. Room safe was broken and no attempt to fix it was made. Not much in the immediate neighborhood to do apart from the Eiffel Tower. |

The location was excellent. Very close to Trocadero metro station. Many restaurants nearby. There was only one elevator, and one day it was broken in the morning. But it was fixed by late afternoon. |

It is in an excellent location if you are going to Paris to sightsee or to do business in the 16th arrondissement. Right next to the Trocadero metro stop. The outlet next to the desk was broken, making the use of the laptop uncomfortable while sitting on the bed. |

The location was excellent, other hotels say they are walking distance to the Eiffel Tower but they are not. This one actually was one block away so it was excellent since I was with a senior citizen. Elevator (lift) was broken. When climbing stairs, the light is on a timer and shuts off too soon. Breakfast was listed as open till 10:30 but at 9:30 there wasnt any meats left and I had to keep asking them to bring more food out (with the language barrier) Then they tried to rush me out at 10am. Lastly the shower head holder was broken. |

Me and my partner have stayed at this hotel previously and will coninue to stay here when visiting paris again. The hotel is very clean and modern, staff are very friendly and you could not wish for a better location for getting around and seeing paris in all its glory. There are cafes and restaurants just outside the front door of the hotel as well as the Trocadero metro station. The view of the eiffel tower from the hotel is stunning especially at night. |

We liked the closeness to all the popular tourist spots. Rooms were clean and reasonably appointed although rather small . The view of the Eiffel tower at night from our room at the front of the hotel was fantastic. The lack of computer access and day time staff who could understand and speak English As this is a tourist city I thought this would a priority at a best western chain hotel. |

Quite central and within walking distance of some tourist sights. Even though the room for 2 people was quite small, it was clean and good enough for a nights rest. Deceptive advertising as we definitely did not get a room with a view of the Eiffel tower. Ours was a view of a back hall which made the room quite dark even during the day. You could not leave the light off. If you want a room with a view, would be best to request this or request a corner room towards the road side. |

The information concerning the hotel suggests that it has parking available at eur 25 per day. This is not the case. There is no parking within easy walking distance and you have to circle road the area until a street parking spot becomes available. That took me almost an hour. |

The manager went out of his way to help me print my boarding pass on the office computer . We were not able to access my hotmail account but he was able to access Air France site scroll through the French and print out our boarding passes saving us considerable time at CDG |

The room was a fair size compared to hotel rooms in Paris, it was clean and tasteful. The hotel staff could have been friendlier. |

The hotel is well placed for Metro access, access on foot to the main sights, and close to a number of good restaurants. Try "Le Coq" if you want a lovely meal in stylish surroundings. (Not cheap, tho' !!!!) Air con was not very effective, and extremely noisy ! |

The location was great. It was right near the Eiffel Tower. Good access to the important things - Metro, Restaruants, Shops. The parking situation was not idea - then again it is Paris. The hotel advertise views of the Eiffel Tower from your room, but only if you lean out the window. But I could see it! I had to show my booking.com print-off from the web twice to prove to the staff that breakfast was included in the rate. |

Best thing was stepping out of the hotel and seeing the Eiffel Tower right in front of you. Room was a bit small, but then i suppose thats to be expected in Paris, and in such a good location! Smallness of the bedroom |
